Great location in a wonderful old home. We enjoyed the dock and the proximity to downtown.

Awesome place!! Exactly as pictured and it was spotless. We love to travel and we’ve had our share of horror stories so we were so excited to find a place on the beach that was as clean as it was beautifully decorated. It’s an old 50’s style updated apartment. It’s centrally located in Old Melbourne and the beaches here are beautiful. Kurt was awesome to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. We’d def stay here again! :)

Absolutely fantastic place, very modern, everything was of high quality and spotlessly clean. Nice comfortable bed, very quiet area, great nights sleep. The host was also amazing, supplied all of the necessary information well in advance.

We spent a few nights here with our 1 year old and it was perfect! The pool was warm and never fully busy- plenty of recliners at all time of the day! The beach was wonderful with just 100 steps away! Our toddler loved the putting green and walking around the complex. We always felt safe and all the neighbors were so friendly. The condo was clean, had all the essentials and more! If we weren’t expanding our family we would be back year after year! 10/10 recommend Ivars and Stephanie’s place if you are looking for a cozy beach getaway!

I can honestly check off every box and give the property five stars all the way across. We cannot wait to come back! We love it here! Being only an hour from home it made for the perfect relaxing getaway that we didn’t have to worry about an exhausting drive to get to. The outside area is amazing and the beach is not even 10 minutes walking distance. Communication was stellar from the time of booking through the duration of our stay. We had both first floor apartments for a graduation getaway for my daughter and a few friends. The apartments are exactly as pictured. The only thing we wish had been different was that we could have been there longer. We WILL be back! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!

Comfortable stay, very clean - high quality bed linens and well stocked kitchen with all the usual odds and ends one might need. Lucky to have cool, low humidity weather and the patio was awesome to relax. Temperature in the Airbnb was easy to control with the fans and wall hvac, in unit laundry was helpful as I was coming off a business trip. Would recommend and would stay again, a slightly earlier posted check-in and slightly later check-out would improve my overall sentiment but everything was great, couldn’t have asked for much more. Much better value for money than comparably priced local hotels.

Nous avons rarement séjourné dans des logements aussi qualitatifs! Dans tous les sens du terme. Ma famille a de suite été charmée par cette maison: la maison de vacances idéale! Tout y est: le confort, l'accueil, les équipements, et j'en oublie... Kelsy est aussi l'hôte qui a tout compris. Elle est disponible, attentionnée et prévenante. Si nous devions revenir, nous irions sans aucun doute chez elle!

Great spot - so glad that it was available at the last minute when I needed a place to stay. Was visiting my family and this was the perfect location, comfortable bed and able to do my work before going out to spend time with my family. Thanks for the space

Quiet neighborhood close to everything. Lovely little space!

We enjoyed our stay. It was only for one night before a cruise but perfect for the four of us and a great location. The area was so pretty. We would definitely stay there again in the future, as the location was great and not too far from the cruise port. The apartment was clean and it had new couches which were really nice. I do think I forgot to message when we were leaving, which I now feel bad about, as that was a request.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und liegt im Untergeschoss von Martyns eigenem Haus. Wir hatten einen super Pool in einem Tropischen Garten. Ich konnte den Garten auf für Sport nutzen. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Küche, die einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet ist, einem Schlafzimmer und einem großen Badezimmer. Das Wohnzimmer ist ein überdachter Bereich beim POOL. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum Meer durch einen kleinen tropischen Wald. Zugangs zum River - für Sonnenuntergang - ist mit dem Auto möglich. Wer gerne selber kocht muss ein bisschen improvisieren. Da wirklich wenig Geschirr und so da ist. Wir hatten wunderbar unsere Ruhe. Also für Naturliebhaber eine gute Ecke, direkt an der A1A.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location! Comes with everything you would need and the beach is an added plus!

Had a one night stay in Melbourne to see my kids in college. This was a safe location with a wonderful community with a respectful host. I would recommend this home. It’s is shared home but blocked off and you have full use of yard.

Had a wonderful time, would recommend this place! Walked to restaurants and it’s right across the street from the beach!

Great place to stay for all of the nearby activities, including Kennedy space centre, cocoa beach, Dolphins Grill, etc. Would recommend. Very clean and spacious.

JJ’s airbnb was great! Very spacious and clean. Having two balconies was also a nice touch! Looked like the photos and was easy to get inside. JJ was responsive as well. The location wasn’t far from cocoa beach which was nice. I definitely recommend!

This spot was well worth the pricing. It was a great location, being close to the beach and a walkable distance to eating spots. Claudia was very responsive when I had questions, and overall, it was a great experience.

This was a great place that exceeded our expectations. Great view of the ocean from our condo. Both the pool and beach were just steps away. Everything was easy to get to.

Beautiful place, perfect for 2 couples or a family, steps from the beach. Pool looked great but we didn't find time for it. Cement construction so noise from the outside was non existant

We had a great time! We were looking for a view and to be near a space launch. We enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the waves, while laying on a soft comfy bed. Wish I could live there. Though the weather was not as amazing we felt safe and cozy. Thank you for everything and we hope to visit again with better weather.

Nicole was so friendly and quick to respond with my various questions. Her place was perfect for our visit and had plenty of space for 6 of us. Easy access to various parts of FL that we wanted to get to. We even made a full Christmas dinner! The basket of snacks and other items was so nice and we made use of them. The pool looked nice and was heated but we never made it in. I enjoyed the look and vibe of how Nicole has the place decorated especially the books in each room. We would be happy to stay again in the future!

Zach and Colleen‘s place is a wonderful vacation resort, it never disappoints. It’s kid friendly, with several swimming facilities for all ages. It’s spacious, clean, and right on the beach. We really appreciated the shuttle that took us from the resort to the beach every 15 minutes, and hauled all our beach stuff! We look forward in going back in August.
