Amazing place

Clean cosy place with full amenities. Very close to the Flemingon racecourse

This review isn't exactly a fair review of Punthill South Yarra as due to a gas maintenance issue we were relocated to Punthill Flinders Lane. Therefore what I describe is more with regards to the Flinders Punthill. The place was overall very good but didn't enjoy the location and the room (obviously) wasn't exactly what I signed up for. Then again the gas issue was unexpected and I really appreciate that they found my family and I lodging in the heart of the city for the same price! I'm sure Punthill South Yarra would've been an amazing place and Punthill Flinders was good too! just that the room was a bit less nice and the loud busy streets don't exactly help with sleep.

great value for money. beds are firm (I prefer medium) but was just as comfy as $450 p/n hotels. easy check in, friendly staff all round(extra points for this one). room service provided unlike some other airbnb I've stayed at in Melb. place a tad outdated but I don't care about those things as this trip we only used the room to rest up, shower and sleep. I'd personally not hire if I were looking at cooking.

a little bit smaller single bedroom but very good everything else and super easy check in. overall a very good stay with very goods hosts! much appreciated thanks guys

Very helpful staff. Great communication, Was listed as a king size bed but was twins. Very Clean. Overall great stay

Was a comfortable stay, room was slightly smaller than expected but amenities are nice and staff were helpful
