While we only stayed on night on our cross-country trip, Carol’s place was one of our favorite stops. Located down a gravel road, this “Missouri Century Farm” is a special place…quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The farm is located on the northern edge of the Ozarks, down a gravel road that takes you away from civilization and into a wonderful river valley with overlooking bluffs and plenty of places to hike and experience nature. On our visit, the afternoon clouds gave way to a brief thunderstorm. This made for a very magical moment as we sat on the front porch enjoying sound of the rain and watching the nearby horses seek shelter under the trees along the adjacent fence line. The cabin is charming, clean, and very comfortable…but be aware that calling it a “two-bedroom unit” is a bit of a stretch. It is more like a studio with an open loft.

Dana’s place was so super cute! We really lucked out on this booking. I now have decided I want a tiny home just like this.. everything we needed and did not need (she thought of everything) was available and perfectly placed. We sat outside and enjoyed the patio most of the afternoon. The yard was so nice for the dogs!

This was the best air bnb I've ever stayed at. The host was awesome and the home was clean and peaceful. The goat was friendly and I loved her.

I'm in love. We had the best time at the sweet little cabin. The jacuzzi was amazing. I am never staying anywhere else....lol I'll be back. Thank you for sharing this gem 🙏

We had an adventure packed, fun weekend, camping, celebrating His resurrection and my birthday April 18-20. I had a splendid birthday. The weather forecast was rainy and stormy, so we packed lots of muck boots and an instant pot. We slid around and tromped in the mud. With the background of the green of the trees and the post-storm calm, and the white horse grazing, it looked like a fairy tale. The brown horses in the field were breathtaking. I felt so good being out there, in the wide open spaces, and with the animals. Some GI symptoms I'd been having at home were completely gone while there. The tent, or yurt, kept us wonderfully dry. So thankful for this stay.

Felt like we were staying with family! Leah thought of so many personal touches. Examples: rugs when you step out of bed so your feet don’t get cold. A mini flashlight in the nightstand. DEElicious chocolate chip cookies. Very clean and cute decor. Thanks for the great stay!

Place is very cozy. I’d recommend it in the spring as bug levels are lower and you can sleep with the door from the home to the screened in porch open. Bed is very soft if you prefer that and lots of pillow options. Peaceful location.

Such a lovely, peaceful spot! The fireplace is everything. Comfortable bed and had all the essentials you might need for a trip. We will definitely be back!

While I gave Greg high marks, things weren't perfect. For example the Air B&B street number given isn't the actual street number. The front of the loft is not visible from the road. The gravel drive that goes in front is best negotiated in an SUV. Had we been driving my low riding Honda Fit, it could have been a problem. Get motion detector lights for when people first check in and move key box to door. I feel rather a spaz for forgetting Greg's message said it would be on a post, next to the door is the logical location. Don't mean to be picky, but the coffee pot is past due to be descaled. It took over an hour to brew a pot and it left some weird, though harmless, calcium deposits on the coffee grounds.
