Cozy Casita in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. California King bed sleeps two comfortably. 50 inch TV has cable, Netflix, DVD player with assortment of movies. Keurig coffee pot, fridge and microwave. Dining table inside. Outdoor seating opens to peaceful, scenic backyard. Parking available in the driveway. Park to the left of 2 car garage. Our Casita is a modest room that we have done our best to make comfortable for travelers who want an alternative to an impersonal hotel. No pets allowed.

Catch up on your favorite shows in the living room with our 65 inch HD smart TV, or watch a movie while cozied up on our comfy queen size bed using the second tv in the bedroom. Our space has a kitchenette to prepare meals, and a full size bathroom. You may also relax in the shaded patio surrounded by mature trees and lush greenery. No smoking or vaping inside or outside of the property.

Drug store, grocery and fast food all within walking distance (half mile). Community pool.
