We had a family gathering in Fruita and were blown away by the beauty and charm of this Airbnb! The renovated church had so much personality and comfort—by far the best we've experienced. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, from rooms and couches to kitchen supplies and extra ingredients. The little details, like plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, and spare cooking ingredients set it apart from other Airbnbs. Truly the best Airbnb experience we've had—10/10!

Excellent location for mountain biking, hiking, and golf. Beautiful sunrises from the deck and ample room in garage for bike & golf club storage. Very cozy & clean accommodations while the host, Jami, had just the right amount of correspondence. We’d definitely stay here again!

We needed a last minute stay on our way to Moab and Miquela was very responsive and flexible. My 2 year old love the closet full of toys! Great backyard for dogs. All around great.

This home is beautiful! The split plan bedrooms are great for 2 couples like us to share this home! It was well stocked. Comfortable beds which is a must for us. The living areas inside and outside are super nice. Loved having access to the main garage for our bikes. One tip: Visit the home first before going to the grocery store. They keep the kitchen stocked! We will rent here again!

This place has it all: friendly hosts, super clean, private, well decorated, beautiful surroundings and chickens! There are nearby places to walk to eat and shop or enjoy nature. We would definitely stay here again. Fantastic stay.

The cabin is in a beautiful location. It was clean, well stocked with amenities, and the bed was comfortable. Looking forward to returning.

Stephen and Mia are the ideal hosts. They are friendly, great communicators, proactive in addressing renters' needs, and respectful of their guests’ privacy during their stay. The rental is conveniently located near the highway, yet far enough away to ensure peace and quiet, perfect for relaxation. They have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable, offering soft linens and towels, a comfortable bed, and a fully stocked bathroom and kitchen, complete with snacks and drinks for your convenience. They maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the rental. We regularly stay at their property and are always pleased to have such a convenient, comfortable, and clean place to return to.
