Bedacht in de jaren '20 , heeft dit deel van de stad een harmonieuze relatie tussen gebouwen en groene ruimten behouden. Via Castelli is een weg gemarkeerd door as honderdjarigen beperkt tot de randen van bloemperken goed onderhouden groen . Het is een zeer rustige omgeving waar je kunt verblijven zonder het gedoe van een bepaald type van lawaai. De B & B ligt op een paar kilometer van de snelweg en is gemakkelijk bereikbaar met weinig begeleiding. Aan de voorzijde van de poort van de B & B en parkeerde de auto zonder zorgen . Je kunt het dus de gehele duur van uw verblijf , want je bereikt het historische centrum van Venetië met behulp van de handige openbaar vervoer beschikbaar , die u zal vervoeren in een paar minuten naar een van de mooiste steden ter wereld te bezoeken. De kamer heeft een ruime eigen badkamer en douche gedeeld met ons het huis Het Italiaanse ontbijt wordt bereid in de kamer , alleen maar om de grootste mate van vrijheid en intimiteit mogelijk . Als u besluit om te eten in de omgeving van de B & B kunnen we raden de Pizzeria " Al Giardinetto " waar u kunt genieten van een goede pizza en geweldige pastagerechten . Als u te laat " Al Vapore " historische jazzclub op het vasteland , kunt u naar goede muziek luisteren . Nog steeds een uitstekende plek om van echte Venetiaanse gerechten op basis van vis proeven , is " Al Diplomatico " met live muziek in het einde settimana.Venezia in haar extreme schoonheid , is niet de enige attractie die je zal vermaken tijdens uw verblijf. Il B&B è in una posizione molto comoda per chi vuole visitare Venezia. La fermata del bus è a 50 metri. Da qui si raggiunge il centro storico di Venezia (in 25 minuti) e la stazione ferroviaria (in 20 minuti). I bus sono frequenti. La via dove si trova è estremamente silenziosa e vicina a un piccolo parco. Il quartiere è tranquillo. Questa mia bella esperienza con i viaggiatori di tutto il mondo ha avuto inizio nell'anno 2013 e da allora, con piacere, offro una ospitalità discreta ed amichevole

Si trova al II' piano del palazzetto, ha soffitti alti con travi a vista e pavimento in legno. Gli impianti e gli arredi sono nuovi, comodi e moderni. La stanza, luminosa e ventilata, si affaccia su una tipica corte veneziana. Dal 1570 ad oggi, ogni domenica mattina alle 10.30 i canti gregoriani dal vivo e l'incenso arrivano dentro casa. No AC.
