We enjoyed our stay here and will surely book it again. The room is so good that gives hotel feels-smells fresh and clean, provided with everything except foods and water to drink 😀 Media entertainment was time consuming like time pass easily and wake up-oh! its to check out. Meaning...we get so comfortable with the place. we had a great stay in Jun's place. very homy and aesthetic. my kids love the loft bed with their own tv. I love that they have many open shelves to put our clothes and wardrobe to hang our dresses. I like how it was designed, its very me. they also have comfortable beds and pillows that hugs me to sleep. As a host, it was realy my taste. Its like staying in my unit. Complete amd comfortable with the very basic needs.

The unit is clean and very spacious ! Host is responsive and very helpful. In the heart of Manila with easy access to everything. Wifi quality was exceptionally great !!! You will get everything you need here ;) Definitely recommend this place ❤️

The unit's lay out was maximized and well-planned. I like the modern minimalist style of the interior. Location-wise, unit is accessible. near the airport, restaurants and malls. The hosts are courteous and proactive. Will definitely recommend their place. :)

We had a wonderful stay. The host was incredibly approachable, quick to respond to any questions or inquiries, and went out of their way to accommodate any requests or changes. They were genuinely kind and helpful. The place was spotless, which was especially important to me as I'm particular about bathrooms, and it exceeded expectations in that regard. The amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed, including towels, toothbrushes, toilet paper, trash bags, and a fully equipped kitchen. The check-in process was smooth and effortless. It was definitely worth the stay, and we’re grateful for the hospitality, especially during such a difficult time when we needed to be close to a funeral. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

You can walk to MOA from the condo. It is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Very small, but clean and quite. The bottom level has lots of shops and restaurants. The pictures show a bed and couch, which is true. It would be very cramped for 4 people. Very nicely finished with wood paneling I felt like I was in a fancy high end room. It's clean and in a good location, if you want a place to sleep after explore manila. highly recommend 👌.

Very great and accommodating host! She was able to help us through any help we needed and she was very flexible.

Overall, this place is best for family or barkada outing! You no longer need to bring anything cos everything is in the condo already! We even left some of our condiments to so other users can use it as well in the future. The room is so cold, a lot of fans, netflix, the good sound from speakers, to kitchenwares, everything - perfection! +1000 for the massage chair that my friends enjoyed! Thanks to Julia for being accomodating! Will definitely recommend this to everyone.

Unit is situated on just the 2nd floor - a unique location with a pool view from the balcony. Serene surroundings of Tower 4, very courteous staff at the building entrance. Editha was a discerning host - always responsive and quick to resolve any issues I could be faced with. Editha was extremely courteous and attentive to every feedback I had provided. Just a 5 minute walk to SM Southmall entrance - the convenience of everything within reach elevated the experience of my stay here. Would recommend this listing for anyone planning longer stays. I would definitely consider planning my next stay in this very unit on my next visit. Thank you very much Editha 😊
