Service-appartementen in Metropolitan City of Bologna

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Fedora nel weekend di Pasqua ed è stata una splendida esperienza. La signora Germana, il marito e la loro cagnolina ci hanno accolti con grande calore ed ospitalità: l'appartamento è pulitissimo, piccolo ma confortevole, ben riscaldato ed è immerso in uno splendido giardino fiorito pur trovandosi in posizione estremamente centrale in paese. La nostra cagnolina è stata accolta a braccia aperte sia dagli umani che dalla dolcissima Penny, e ha potuto girare ovunque senza guinzaglio, come se fossimo a casa nostra. Abbiamo gradito particolarmente anche i consigli sui percorsi escursionistici ed il terrazzo - solarium. Esperienza senza dubbio da ripetere!

L'appartamento è all'interno di un residence in una posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni di Bologna. Trovandosi all'interno della ZTL risulta estremamente utile la possibilità di usufruire del parcheggio interno e vengono fornite spiegazioni dettagliate per evitare inconvenienti. La possibilità di self-checkin rende l'accesso ad ogni parte della struttura comodo e veloce. L'appartamento é pulito e confortevole. Le ragazze sono state sempre disponibili e gentili. Lo consiglierei.

Lovely, clean apartment in a nice building that mixed modern and old beautifully. We were a family of four and space would have maybe felt a bit cramped if we weren’t out a lot visiting family living nearby. The big highlight of this particular apartment was the lovely outdoor space. It was our favorite place to sit in the evening with a glass of wine. Location is super close to central, Two Towers landmark, several grocery stores and restaurants. We mostly worked with Isabella, the host’s daughter and she was incredibly helpful and warm during our stay.

Really nice place to stay with great location in the middle of the city and a modern apartment.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb in the heart of Bologna, and I can't recommend it enough! The location of this Airbnb was absolutely perfect. Situated in the charming historic center, I was just steps away from the vibrant streets, bustling cafes, and incredible landmarks that Bologna is famous for. Everything was conveniently within walking distance. The apartment itself was a true delight. Impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. One of the highlights of this Airbnb was the stunning balcony. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. Would highly recommend!!

Le Porte, right next to the Towers, is a spectacular place to stay in Bologna. We enjoyed a week in town and the apartment was the right choice for us with their baby friendly amenities, spacious living area and exceptional cleanliness standards. Of course, the weekend nights were noisy, but that's because the city is so vibrant and we were right in the middle of the action! All in all, we'd recommend Le Porte and would love to come back some other time.

We stayed in April 2025 as a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 young children and 1 baby). Location is excellent for walking around the city and seeing the sights or grabbing a bite to eat. The accomodation itself was well presented and as pictured on the listing. You access the premises through an external door with keypad. There is an second internal door which also opens at the same time so you have to open that promptly or it will click shut and you'll have to re-enter the code outside. We only noticed this as we were a bit slow with the baby pram! Once inside you go up a few steps up to an elevator which takes you to the apartment. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and living area and great views out onto the main street. It can get quite noisy outside especially friday/saturday night. If the windows are closed it cuts out a lot of noise though. Overall it was a perfect base for our trip and Francesca was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. Will return! Thanks!

I stayed for 4 weeks at Bologna Residences in the house „Opera“. I was for business reasons in Bologna. The appartment was absolutley wunderful and the staff did a really professional houskeeping. For sure the appartments are absolutley suitable also for city trips and holidays. The hosts are so friendly, really welcoming and give their best in any case at any time! Many thanks for having me.
