Posizione ideale per chi vuole visitare Venezia. In zona tranquilla, di fronte alla fermata del bus o a 1 minuto in auto dal parcheggio gratuito dalla fermata del treno che in 20 minuti porta in centro storico ( treno diretto, 2 fermate). Ingresso indipendente, pano terra. Con piccolo giardino. Zona giorno, camera, bagno. La camera ha un letto matrimoniale a baldacchino del quale abbiamo eliminato ogni cigolio e un divano, più un lettino di 130 cm su richiesta. Parliamo inglese e portoghese.

Appartamento di nuovissima ristrutturazione al primo e secondo piano di un antico palazzo. La casa, è situata in una zona residenziale e centrale di Venezia, in una corte molto tranquilla, lontano dall'intenso traffico turistico. Sarete immersi nell'atmosfera Veneziana! L'approdo, letteralmente a due passi dal portone d'ingresso, renderà facilissimo arrivare all'appartamento, da qualsiasi direzione, con il water taxi. Rilassati in questo spazio tranquillo in posizione centrale.

Accogliente e luminosa casa privata distribuita su 3 piani. Splendida vista sul tranquillo Canale Rio di Santa Sofia. A pochi minuti dalla stazione dei treni e a 2 passi da Rialto. In posizione centralissima ma defilata dalla confusione di Strada Nova.
