we absolutely loved Jeff & Jill and their house. they are very responsive and accomodating. not to mention, the house is cozy and the view is amazing. it is right on the beach. i brought my grandparents and my nieces. my grandparents were very happy and my nieces had a blast. we are very thankful and we will be back.

Perfect stay for our son’s baseball tournament. Close to everything and a 5 min walk to the beach. A plus was they have everything you need for the beach including chairs and towels. Great memories made with our family. We would definitely stay again!

Loved staying at this location for the security of the fenced yard for dogs, the close proximity to the beach and Thomas' Donuts/Pizza, and the fact that its on the quieter side. The sunroom is really enjoyable in the afternoons! We will definitely be returning.

This was a beautiful condo. Everything was so perfect. The view of the gulf from the couch was a nice touch. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the condo was perfect! Communication from the owners was wonderful. We will definitely stay there again when we come back.

This house is perfect!! Great location to the beach access and everything else including restaurants, shopping, etc. Everything was clean and well kept. John responded within 30 mins to all questions. We would definitely come back to this house in the future!

This is our second stay and we intend to come back over and over again. This is such a beautiful home with the best amenities. The perfect place to soak in the Sun and relax! The house was perfect for us, 3 couples, no kids. However, this house would be equally as perfect for families with kids too as there was a TON of games and things to do just around the house. Every detail has been thought of here. It is probably a 2 min drive to the public beach access and a prime location. It is very inviting, open, immaculate, the beds were very comfortable and showers were great. The true highlight of this home is the backyard, the hot tub, pool and deck were perfect for relaxing in the afternoons. It really felt like a beach house. Sally was so friendly and easy to get a hold of! We would love to come back in the future.

So Clean! Beautiful house, very private, so close to the beach! We had an amazing time! I looked at so many different places before choosing where to stay. I would highly recommend this house, lots of room, a 1 minute walk to the beach, and the private pool was so great! They allowed our dog to come with us, and there was a nice side yard of grass for him to explore while we hung out in the pool! Great parking spots included, fenced on both sides from the neighbors! Even though were were around other rentals, it felt like there was nobody near us! The neighborhood was very nice, and an extra plus was to have the gas store within walking distance when you forgot to bring sunscreen! Lisa was super helpful and very quick to respond! I will be using them again for sure!

The cottage was perfect. It was spotless clean when we arrived. Jason was super fast in responding. The location couldn’t have been better. The private access white powder beach was beautiful. The bicycles were a nice touch as we rode them to Aly’s Beach. We didn’t leave without enjoying the pool also. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

As soon as we walked in, we felt at home. Everything was clean uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here. Beach was close. And also was close to Captain Jack’s in pineapple willies, which are great places to go eat. The host always responded kept in touch and asked if we needed anything to let them know. We had a great time staying in Port St Joe. Great local restaurants and lovely local people and tourists alike. The beach was not crowded and a short walk away though off of a fairly busy road. A golf cart rental would make that journey a lot easier if traveling with young kids. We would definitely come back.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making everything easy and stress-free. Loved the game room. Ideal location with great access to local spots. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Our family absolutely loved staying at this property. It was more beautiful in person than in the photos! We were able to cook with everything provided, blender for pina coladas, and very very clean! We enjoyed the games and Mrs Pac-Man so much! The deck and wash station made it convenient for coming on and off the beach without bringing in sand. Beds were comfy and clean. Seating on main floor was more than enough for everyone to hang out together. Huge washer and dryer made it convenient to get more laundry done. Extra large jetted tubs were a HIT for another opportunity to relax. Will definitely visit again!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The views from the balcony, and the beach just a few steps away was amazing. Parking was nice and convenient. The house had everything we needed and everything was in perfectly working condition. We will absolutely be back!

We had a fantastic New Year's holiday here with a very large group of 4 families. The house has private access to the beach and one of the best views for the New Year's fireworks show. It's a great location and has lots of options for takeout and many great bars within walking distance. Todd was really helpful and responsive to all our questions.

We loved our time at Happy Place! An easy walk to the beach and no need to rent a golf cart if you don’t want to. It was easy to find, park, etc. There is also an elevator and convenient carts to use to load/unload. Communication was timely and super clear. It was also great in December to have a hot tub and heated pool. The only thing I would point out is that there are three flights of stairs to the unit (however there is an elevator in the middle of the complex) and stairs from the living room to the bedroom. It was no issue to us, but wanted to highlight it in case it is important for future guests to consider. We would 100% recommend staying here for a small family, girls trip or couples getaway!

Darin was extremely responsive and had a beautiful place. it was conveniently located just off the bridge to get to the beach. Comfortable bed and cozy blankets around the house for lounging on the couch. A great place to land after long days at the beach. Would definitely use again.

We highly recommend this condo!! It was close to everything and anywhere we went for entertainment or dining out was always less than 10 minutes away. The beach was literally right outside our back porch. Beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had basic things to cook with and a surprising amount of seasoning in the cabinet to use. The only thing we had to buy was food. There was more than enough toilet paper and paper towels. Only annoyance is the sand always getting back into the condo. We swept alot. We always shook off and stomped the sand off but I guess it's the nature of the beast. We will definitely be back!
