Great apartment layout, very very clean, complete and more, although main street inside there was no noise, great beds, the neigborhood was allien to us but after we realised that people were very friendly, the admin and his tema were very helpfull with everything. Thank you for this.

Cute little bungalow in a very quiet neighborhood with beautiful tropical surroundings! The bed was super comfortable and everything was super clean. Analys was very communicative too! Wish we could’ve been able to meet her.

Great stay if you’re in Miami. Only a 15 minute drive to the shoppes and a 15 minute drive to Miami Beach and to bayfront park Highly recommend

Lo encontramos muy bien , linda ubicación , todo muy ordenado , Solo tengo para decir que faltan utensilios en la cocina y hay momentos que el wifi era muy débil . Pero estuvimos muy cómodas , gracias Sergio y flia

Dans l'ensemble très beau condo, voici mes commentaires détaillés: Les pour: - la vue sur l'intercostal est spectaculaire; - le patio est génial; - la piscine est super, beaucoup de chaises longues et de parasols; - il y a beaucoup d'articles de cuisine, papier de toilette, savon à linge, savon pour le lave-vaisselle; - l'épicerie Publix est à 5 minutes de marche, très pratique; - quartier et bloc très sécuritaire. Les contre: - l'arrivée doit se faire à une heure précise, pas d'arrivée autonome... vraiment pas pratique si vous avez un retard quelconque ou si vous devancez votre arrivée; - une seule clé régulière et à puce pour entrer dans le condo et circuler dans l'édifice, TRÈS déplaisant et restrictif quand on est 4 adultes avec des allés et venus différentes; - la propreté de certains articles de cuisine laissait à désirer; - le matelas de la chambre des maitres est de piètre qualité et tâché; - les lits de la chambre d'invités sont bons pour des enfants, pas pour des adultes.

Tremendo lugar súper fácil de llegar a todas partes céntricas muy bella la casa igual que la foto el lugar súper tranquilo creo que lo volveré a usar en próximos viajes y sobre todo el anfitrión es la mejor que me ha tocado siempre está atenta y contesta de una vez. Realmente el lugar y la casa es una de las mejores que me ha tocado me encantó

I landed a lil earlier than check in time and I messaged the host and ask if I can check in a lil early and she accommodated me the earliest she could. The place looked exactly like the picture, very clean and everything we needed. Places was really close by to din, neighborhood was very quiet and clean. The place is super luminous and well furnished, it looks like a magazine apartment on the inside. Alex let us have an early check in and late check out. Communication was perfect. Totally recommend 🥳

Roland ist ein toller Gastgeber, er war super gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir konnten sogar etwas eher einchecken, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Das Studio ist klein, aber fein. Es war alles sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wer gern etwas zu essen zubereiten möchte, sollte sich Gewürze und Öl etc. mitbringen. Der Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus ist ein Plus.

Empatia e atenção foi primordial, ficou poucos dias porém o suficiente pra ficar com gostinho de voltar. A vista do apartamento é espetacular.

Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ideal. Gute grösse und zweckmässige Einrichtung. Der Kontakt mit Tony war sehr angenehm und er war äusserst hilfsbereit! Ein Fahrzeug kann in der Umgebung parkiert werden, Tony hilft dabei. Die Lage nahe des Ocean Drive ist perfekt. In der Nähe hat es diverse Restaurants, einen Publix, ein Starbucks und auch ein kleiner Quartierladen! Zusammenfassend eine super empfehlenswerte Wohnung!

We had a great time at Zoya’s place! She was super friendly and responded super quickly when we had any question. The hotel is amazing and all staff was helpful and friendly. Super great deal for the area, would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beautiful ocean view from the spacious balcony was a highlight, and the location couldn't have been better - perfect for easy access to everything nearby. The owner was incredibly helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Christina’s place is exactly as listed. The apartment was very clean and in amazing condition. The location of the Airbnb is ideal, located in a place where restaurants, shopping and bars and entertainment are all walking distance. The apartment was beautiful and matched the photos perfectly. The neighborhood was lovely—very calm and quiet, especially around the apartment. Communication was quick and clear, and getting access to the apartment when we arrived was smooth and easy. The secure parking spot in the locked garage was also a big plus. Highly recommended!
