Private tiny house in a quiet residential neighborhood. 1.3 miles to Lake Coeur d'alene and DOWNTOWN Sherman Avenue restaurant/shopping district via quiet tree lined streets. Short walk to the 4th Street corridor. Please read the house rules. Perfect for 1 or 2 adults. No children or pets please. There is a full kitchen , large shower in the bathroom. The backyard is private and the deck is sun drenched in the PM. You will sleep on a queen size foam bed.

During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. We are located in a great location- blocks from the lake, public beach, Tubbs Hill (hiking trails), unique restaurants, bars, art galleries, shopping, downtown CDA. There are many things to see and do ~ concerts in the park, boat and jet ski rentals, seaplane rides, snow skiing at one of our local ski resorts

Our modern little ranch is located on 8 close in acres on a scenic well-maintained road where it is common to see elk, deer, turkey and even moose! It is an ideal location for a serene getaway or business travel but not suitable for parties. Very easy access to lake Coeur d'Alene and downtown area.
