Rosetta was a super host. Very friendly and accommodating. If your there on a Friday, do order the pizza. Both the pizza and breakfast were delicious. The place was a perfect mix. Close enough to bike there but far enough to enjoy the peaceful area and listening to the birds.

Georgia and Koos are a great host. They are friendly and helpful. There house is beautiful and provides a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our conversations and they have many adventureous stories to share. Many thanks for the Breakfast and Indian chai, it made us feel right at home. They also have a cute little dog Kai. We can highly recommend this place and would love to visit them again.

It was great to stay at Ria's place. Ria is a great host. It was very nice having breakfasts with her snd talking with her. She is very friendly and helpfull. The room and house is very nice, comfortable and cosy. Also the area is great with nice nature. Also it was great to borrow the bike. All in all a great stay! If I ever come to Assen again I will definitely come back! Thanks a lot.

Very friendly hosts and cats. The couple is very open and sweet and Susanna's response time is almost immediate. The beds were comfortable. A clean and comfortable environment :)

Erg comfortabele en ruime kamer met goed bed. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw en gastheer. Het ontbijt is goed verzorgd en uitgebreid. Goed bereikbaar met het OV, perfect als je het Pieterpad loopt!

Martin is een super aardige host. Gezellig en bracht ons weg naar het restaurant. Na terugkeer in de prachtige tuin gezeten. Na ontbijt weer vertrokken. Goede gesprekken en lekker relaxen.

Fijn verblijf gehad! Tineke had een super uitgebreid ontbijt voor ons klaargezet. De Airbnb ligt heel centraal en heeft verder alles wat je nodig hebt.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen. Alles werd ons goed uitgelegd. Je bent van alle gemakken voorzien. Het centrum is heel dichtbij. Het ligt echt naast het bos. Een hele mooie omgeving. Je hebt waar voor je geld. Perfect om lekker te ontspannen.

Our stay in Giethoorn was absolutely perfect! The little inn we chose was cozy, spotless, and everything we could have hoped for. The location was right on the canal, making it incredibly easy to take the boat out and explore the serene waterways. While the area is quieter in winter, that only added to the charm, creating a peaceful and intimate atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was the incredible hospitality. Our host went above and beyond, preparing delicious and varied home-cooked breakfasts each morning. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the clean and well-equipped kitchen (where my girlfriend and I enjoyed cooking dinner each night) to the excellent water pressure and warmth of the shower—something you truly appreciate during colder months. This was more than just a stay; it was an experience. The warmth, cleanliness, and attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. We can’t recommend this place enough and look forward to our return!

Het appartement voldoet aan alles wat wij nodig hadden voor een zakelijke overnachting. Prima bedden met extra dekens. Parkeerplek aanwezig en goed ontbijt. Martha is heel flexibel, wij kwamen veel later aan dan verwacht. Was geen probleem.

A fantastic night's rest before running in the national park. Iris is very kind and her breakfast gave me all I needed to get going in the morning.

Siska was a great host from the beginning, she was very friendly and welcoming! The room is light and spacious and had everything I needed. The house is not too far from the city center and is easy to reach. Even more so if you rent a bicycle - which I recommend, because Groningen is a great city to discover by bike. :) Oh, and Siska's breakfast is delicious, you don't want to miss it. Wir waren so positiv überrascht, haben selten so eine herzliche Begrüßung erlebt. Dadurch fühlt man sich direkt willkommen. Wir hatten ein sehr großes und geräumiges Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf den traumhaften Garten. Dieser ist wirklich wie ein Kurzurlaub. So ein wunderschönes Grundstück haben wir noch nicht gesehen. Abgerundet wird die Übernachtung mit einem grandiosen Frühstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wollen definitiv wiederkommen 👍

Unser Aufenthalt bei Matthias hätte definitiv 6 von 5 Sternen verdient! Ein blitzsauberes Zimmer, ein schöner Garten um in der Sonne zu sitzen und dazu noch so freundliche, herzliche Gastgeber. Matthias und sein Partner geben sich die größte Mühe, damit man sich als Gast wie zuhause fühlt, selbst wenn man, wie wir, nur für eine Nacht bleibt. Ihr Haus und der Garten sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, was man auch beim hervorragenden Frühstück, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt, direkt spüren kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder, dann für einen längeren Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank, ihr habt unseren Kurzurlaub perfekt abgerundet!

De eigenaresse is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, Accomodatie is prima en zeker voor een nachtje. Het ontbijt was heel goed verzorgd en super lekker. Voor ieder wat wils.

We had a great time staying at Ingrid’s place. Breakfast was super tasty and organic. He went beyond the expectations. He even guided us to a close by beautiful farm. Helped with wheelchair for my daughter. Have no words to thank enough. Just gratitude.

Ingrid was very welcoming, and made us feel at home. She even provided a hose so we could wash our bikes before storing in the barn. This is a very peaceful location in the middle of a beautifully preserved village which is a sort of living museum. We would certainly stay here again.
