I love offering information, and getting to know my guests, but take the que from them. It's there holiday, and we just want them to have a wonderful experience overall. Over the last three years, Ed and I have made some wonderful friendships with our guests, but we do not push, we just enjoy people. Stroll a couple of blocks to Sweetberry Farm, and taste wine at nearby Greenvale Vineyards. Discover the many boutiques, galleries, and restaurants of downtown Newport, a 10-minute drive, while Second Beach is within walking distance of here. our driveway is yours to use..plenty of space. Great bike riding and walking available. We are close to Newport, 2nd Beach and Sweetberry farm. You can hear the cows and birds sing, and see the stars at night. Gather in the newly renovated lower level with wet bar, tv, games and a 3-piece bath. Enjoy the outdoor shower or sit around the fire pit. Our Barn Sanctuary sits on five acres of land filled with chirping birds, a fire pit, outdoor dining, and room to play. It's two miles from the beaches and walking distance from an ice cream parlor. You can Uber or bus to Down Town Newport, restaurants, Newport Vineyard, Providence or Newport Mansions. Great space for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and pets. Located approximatly 1 mile from downtown Newport, this ia a truly unique and awesome space. Everything in this house is brand new and the place is spotless. Trust me you will love staying here. It’s the perfect spot for two couples. I also live on property but your space is completely private.. Just as an FYI Fridays and Saturdays are a package deal. You must book both otherwise I would lose the other. (Next to impossible to rent a Saturday if the Friday is already booked)

My home is a 3-Bedroom, tri-level ranch located in a quiet neighborhood just outside of downtown Newport. The best beaches on Aquidneck Island are a 5 minute drive and there is a huge back yard, complete with a brand new BBQ grill and outdoor seating. There is one king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest room and a queen as well as a custom built in child bunk in the third bedroom. The home comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 2 children.
