Perfect space and location for our visit with family. This is the 3rd time we’ve rented from Mallory and Tripp and first time in this unit. Very comfortable with all of the necessary amenities. Will definitely stay again!

This is a great place! We were able to walk all over, and there were restaurants and a pub close by. The unit has a nice layout with comfortable beds. We had a great time!

Great place to stay while visiting Memphis. Within walking distance to lots of area attractions. There is a little grassy area to walk our dog. This is the second time we have stayed here and would stay again.

This place is awesome. I love the spacious floor plan, the high ceilings, the floor to ceiling windows with a view of Court Square Park, the modern decor, and the downtown location, 3 blocks south of the convention center. The sofa and the bed are very comfortable, and the apartment/condo is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, dishes, and utensils. There were more than enough towels, linen, blankets, and other amenities. Between the 2 bathrooms there is a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a washer & dryer. The building’s front & rear entrance, and the elevator is very secure, each accessible only via a key fob. The unit is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Downstairs there is a large fully equipped exercise room. On-site parking is not available, but several garages are available nearby. If you don’t have a car, there’s a trolley stop near the front entrance of the building. In town for business or leisure travel, I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Great loft space with plenty of room. Everything fun to do or see was in a walkable distance.

Great stay. We were a total of 9 guests and it was so nice to be able to fit around the table. Great location! We were centrally located and it was so easy to explore Memphis on foot.

Great place to stay looks just like the pictures. Hosts responds asap very helpful and checked in to make sure everything was ok!

This is a beautiful condo. When you get in, you will feel right at home. The hostesses were very responsive. I recommend this location for anyone coming to Memphis. It is close to everything (shopping centers, the regional mall, and restaurants). AND it is unbelievably quiet.
