This is a one bedroom basement apartment, with its own private space and entrance! WE DO LIVE UPSTAIRS FULL-TIME. (this is our home and some noise/footsteps should be expected) We’re conscious of our guests and keep quiet. The home is located in a safe cul-de-sac with plenty of street parking. The Apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, Queen bed, Huge TV, and a large living room space. Make yourself at home in the spacious backyard including a basketball court and swing set.

You’ll love my place because of privacy, a friendly neighborhood, and a welcoming house. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Mother in law home, separated from upper residence, private entrance and parking. No locals for parties allowed. No smoking or vaping is allowed.

2 Bed/1 Bath Guest Suite

I'm happy to host you & your pets! My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from busy streets, about 15 miles south of Salt Lake International Airport. The guest area is the main level, about 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Requests with kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease. Backyard & dog run unavailable April - August 2026.
