The Monastery | Unique farmhouse near Lucca

In the hillside hamlet of San Pietro a Marcigliano, a few minutes away from Lucca, nestles The Monastery, a charming holiday house with pool surrounded by olive groves and wine yards. The construction of the main building of the estate goes back to the 1550s. In more recent times it was converted to an elegant family home, maintaining the architectural integrity of the original building. Una bella casetta adagiata sulla prima collina a 300m s.l.m. dove ci sono olivi, querce ed erbe aromatiche. Dalla veranda e dalle finestre potrete ammirare il lago di Massaciuccoli, (caro al grande musicista Giacomo Puccini), le coste di:" Torre Del Lago, Lido di Camaiore e Viareggio ...Alle spalle le Alpi Apuane. Non dovete far altro che prenotare per scoprire questa bellezza unica😘

La Casa tra gli Ulivi

La nostra casa si trova tra Camaiore e il paese di Pedona, località Campiglioni. Il corpo centrale risale alla fine del '300 e nasce su un costone di pietra come stalla e alloggio. Ampliata e ristrutturata nel corso degli anni, al suo interno troviamo pavimenti di cotto dell'Impruneta, inferriate della famosa fonderia di Candalla, mattonelle di Vietri e travi antiche originarie di un antico palazzo Camaiorese. Non vi aspettate la perfezione, i suoi piccoli difetti la fanno essere unica.
