Дом больше, чем на фотографиях! Огромная кухня, где есть абсолютно все необходимое! У каждой спальни свой туалет и душ. Большая терраса и крыша дома с прекрасным видом. Бассейн огромный и больше, чем на других виллах в этом районе. Во всех комнатах кондиционеры. Матрасы очень удобные и я спала как младенец и впервые за долгое время выспалась! До пляжей, ресторанов, супермаркетов - 12 минут пешком. Пункт такси - 5 минут. На вилле очень много полотенец и свежего белья. Чудесный сад, тут растет инжир, гранат, перец, лук, оливки, апельсины. Много зелени и цветов) Берфин все время была на связи и советовала лучшие пляжи и была очень гостеприимна. Мехмет, управляющий домом, тоже чудесный и готов всегда помочь! Содержал бассейн и сад в чистоте. Из нюансов: если вы с детьми, будьте готовы а отключению воды. 4 дня из 16 дней не было воды ( и акустика в доме такая, что слышно все, что происходит в других комнатах. Спасибо за гостеприимство ❤️

My family of 3 greatly enjoyed the beautiful villa. The space was very ample with nicely appointed kitchen. The clean private pool was steps away. The location is also very advantageous: close to beach clubs, sports attractions, food markets, bus stops and a taxi station. Our hosts, Yildiray and his daughter, were always in touch and helpful with any questions/issues. It was a pleasure to meet them both. I would definitely recommend their place.

A casa é muito boa, tudo funciona perfeitamente, muito bem localizada, perto da praia e a Sally é muito prestativa e pró-ativa, qualquer evento que demandava a sua ajuda, estava sempre à disposição e atendia rapidamente. Tudo isso somou para um estadia maravilhosa.

I have too many good things to say about Hikmet and this property. I needed a place to get away too. I wasn’t interested in spending time in bedroom I just wanted to relax by myself. I rented a large house to myself and enjoyed three wonderful weeks there. Hikmet allowed me to eat from her garden, and olive oil from her trees. I Purchased eggs and fresh milk from the neighbors, and learned how to make nomad bread from Hikmet herself over an open fire. I eat really healthy and loved the peacefulness of this property. It is about 30 minutes away from the famous Bodrum area that you see on the Internet so keep that in mind if that’s where you are planning on going. But the village of Gokpinar welcomed me with open arms and I made lifelong friends there. Hikmet’s property is a great place for a retreat. A great place for meditation and yoga and mindfulness. You’ll wake up in the morning to the roosters and go to bed in the evening with the cicadas. Stunning sunsets and sunrises and sounds to boot! If you need anything, Hikmet lives on the property and is always around doing something to maintain it so you’ll probably see her many times throughout the day. I feel like I made a lifelong friend.

iyi organize olmuş bir yapılaşma. âdeta küçücük bir naturland -kısmı diyelim- oluşturulmuş. konsep güzel, mobilya seçimi çok hoş, yalnız engelsiz veya hareket kabiliyeti kısıtlı olan insanlar için biraz sıkıntılı bir ev, daha dinamik olmak gerekiyor. merdiven var çıkışta en başta. temizlik ve eşyalar gayet iyi. 2 adet klima var, elektronikler çalışıyor. mutfak minimalist, fakat yeterli.

We are really happy to have found this place. Very cosy and friendly atmosphere, especially for longer stays, it’s great. The staff is the great mix of professional and friendly. They were very welcoming with our (sometimes overly active) kids. The garden is beautifully made and well maintained. Highly recommended!

Ahmet ist der hilfsbereiteste Vermieter, den ich bisher kennengelernt habe! Wir waren zu 7t (2 Familien) in Ahmets Haus- mit der schönsten Aussicht auf Bodrum! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool & die Terasse ein Ort sowohl zum Spaß haben als auch zum entspannen! Wir haben uns mit Ahmets Unterstützung einen Mietwagen geholt (Parkplatz am Haus) und waren täglich auf Stranderkundungstour, bevor es abends auf Stadterkundungstour ging noch etwaige Stunden am Pool! Das Haus hat das separate Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, ebenerdig zum Pool/Terrasse, ebenso im Haupthaus eine Toilette, im ersten Stock 3 Schlafzimmer mit wunderbarer Aussicht und 2 Bäder! Die Küche ist sehr geräumig! Die Terrasse bietet Schattenplätze! Also wenn Bodrum, dann bei Ahmet und Valerie- ein zuvorkommendes und sehr sehr höfliches Vermieterpaar! Absolut empfehlenswert als Rückzugs- und Genusspunkt und Bodrum ist diese Haus!

The house is very nice as described in the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed. Especially when compared to a different house we rented in another city in Turkey. The view from 1st and 2nd level terrace was beautiful. It was a nice daily walk down to the beach and the location of house was a nice escape from the overcrowded streets and sidewalks of bustling Bodrum. The instructions posted inside the house were not accurate for the wifi. But, I later checked and confirmed the correct information was available to us in the air bnb app. The house key situation was a little confusing and the door locks to the sea facing doors were a little challenging to get open and closed. But we managed. Our stay was wonderful and after becoming engaged in Istanbul, my now fiance' and I will have fond memories of our experience at this Bodrum villa.

Great place to stay for groups. Located in a fairly central region with access to all parts of Bodrum. Guven is an amazing host and extremely helpful!

Her konuda bize yardımcı olan Dilek Hanım'ın güler yüzü ve güzel kalbi de süreci inanılmaz kolay ve keyifli geçirmemizi sağladı. Ev hali yaşanabilecek sorunlarda ev sahiplerinin derhal ilgilendiler. Gelecek yıllar için şimdiden plan yapıyoruz ve sabırsızlanıyoruz. Asla bitsin istemedik ve tadı damağımızda kaldı. Biz her anında tatmin olduğumuz süper bir 10 gün yaşadık. Tüm kalbimle teşekkür ediyorum ve tavsiye ediyorum.

Bu villada Ekim ayı olmasına rağmen sıcak bir hava ile yazdan kalma unutulmaz günler geçirdik. Villa ilk girdiğimiz an muhteşem manzarasıyla bizi karşıladı. Mobilyaları şık modern ve oldukça zevkle döşenmiş, ilk andan itibaren kendimizi özel hissettirdi. Tüm yatak odalarının engelsizce denize bakması ve her odada kendine ait bir banyo-WC olması muhteşem bir detaydı. Kim hangi odada kalacak kavgası yaşamadık :) Mutfakta lazım olabilecek aklınıza gelebilecek tüm eşyalar düşünülmüş. Sadece pazar ve Market alışverişi yaparak hem kahvaltı hem de akşam yemeği hazırladık. Aslında niyetimiz kahvaltıları villada yapıp akşam dışarıda yemekti. Ancak mutfağın manzarası olan o muhteşem gün batımını kaçırmak istemedik. Yemek yapmak hiç böyle zevk vermemişti. Villanın barbekü köşesi de çok iyi düşünülmüştü. Ilık bir Akdeniz akşamında güzel bir mangal keyfi yaptık. Çamaşır makinası ve kurutucu olması da bizim için kolaylık oldu. Villayı tekrar tercih etmek için güzel bir sebebimiz var .

Burada bir ay boyunca konakladık ve kendimizi gerçekten evimizde gibi hissettik. Harun bey ve ailesi çok dost canlısıydı ve sorularımıza hızlı cevap verip çözüm sundu. Ev sitenin en güzel manzarasına sahip konumunda fakat tepede olduğundan denize havuza arabayla gidip gelmek bazı günlerde yorucu oldu.(Yürümek isteyen merdivenlerle de inip çıkabilir ama bizim bebeğimiz olduğundan yükümüz çok oluyordu.) Genel olarak temiz, huzurlu, her ihtiyacını karşılayan bir evdi.

We had a lovely stay at Erkan's place. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The layout of the place was very user friendly and the house was spacious for our family needs. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk into the town centre where there was lots to do and see. Erkan was a great host, very helpful and responsive when we needed anything.

The house was very nice, modern and new. The house is in very good condition, with wonderful pool and view. It is located in the golf club a little outside, but very easy to reach, with supermarket and restaurant. All three bedrooms have a own bathroom. The beach club is about 5 km from the house. It has wonderful water and is very empty. You have the feeling that you have the beach all to yourself. We have spent a wonderful week in Can house. He is very helpful and answered quickly to every question. We will definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful time.
