Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, one bathroom cottage in the Mill Spring, NC area, includes entire house. Situated only 10 miles from beautiful Lake Lure and 6.6 miles from Tryon International Equestrian Center, it's the perfect little private getaway for your time in the area. If you're wanting to bring your furry friend(s), please note that they need to be approved first. The pet fee is nonrefundable and is $75 per pet. The property includes a large back yard.

We are located 5 minutes from TIEC, in a beautiful private setting. The villa is tucked away at Overmountain Vineyards overlooking the vineyards. Additional $150 will be charged for additional guests. $250 non-refundable fee for 1 pet and $400 for 2 pets. Pets must be crated when not home.

A private studio apartment located in our basement with separate entrance and all the amenities of home. Ten minutes from TIEC. Comes furnished with full bath, kitchen with cooktop, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and small refrigerator. Towels and bed linens are included. A covered and private outdoor area with seating, table, and fire pit. Parking on site at lower level of our log cabin. No cleaning fees.
