Recently renovated and playfully decorated to welcome you to a home away from home. One master bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Majestic, secluded home in the redwoods yet just a few minutes walk to all the amenities of downtown Mill Valley. The home truly feels like a tree house amongst the giant redwoods of Mill Valley. Hike the world famous Dipsea Trail, enjoy the beauty of Old Mill Park, or simply stay at the house and soak in the natural hot tub surrounded by Redwoods. This place is truly special! Please note, access to the house requires a climb up roughly 200 stairs, if an issue, this is NOT the house for you.

The apartment is located in a walkable flat area, but also steps away from great hiking and biking. There is plentiful free and safe parking on the street.

Conveniently, we are just blocks from grocery, parks, live theatre, live music and Mt. Tamalpais trails. Enjoy hardwood floors, a spacious kitchen, built-in laundry, a sparkling bathtub and high-speed internet. Note: We have a Minimum Age Requirement for all guests of 21 years of age.

We're following strict sanitizing and washing protocols and provide cleaning supplies in the unit. We're in a quaint neighborhood in a flat area of Mill Valley. This space is comfortable for 1 and cozy for 2. A mile from downtown Mill Valley, many great hiking/mountain biking trails and San Francisco is 10 miles away.

Downstairs suite in lovely Mill Valley home just steps to the Outdoor Art Club, Sweetwater Music Hall, Sequoia Theater, and all downtown Mill Valley has to offer. Use this as your base as you explore the trails on Mt Tam or hike the Dipsea. An ideal location if you are attending an event in Mill Valley. Park your car and walk everywhere. The private entrance is up stairs from the street, not wheelchair accessible. No smoking, vaping, or drug use allowed on premises.
