Liliana’s home is perfect for a family holiday. We had mixed age groups and the downstairs bedroom and bathroom is good for older generation with easy access. We were by the beach for walks and nearby was a cafe and restaurant for evening meals and morning coffees and cakes. We got Ubers into Porto which were very easy to get and reasonably priced. You can have busy days in Porto and quieter evenings in the house in Gaia which suited us perfectly. Liliana was a fantastic host who organised a cab for us from the airport. Any questions we had she provided quick answers and helpful tips. I would definitely recommend the house and host. Just for info - We took a bus tour in Porto for 48 hours would take the bus to the point closest to the house and grab an Uber from there which worked out cheaper.

Espaço muito agradável, cuidado e confortável. As áreas são grandes. Todo o apartamento estava limpo e arrumado. Tem tudo o necessário para cozinhar. As camas eram confortáveis. O carro pode ficar numa garagem coberta pertencente à moradia. Tem acesso directo para a praia e um enorme terraço com vista para o mar. Excelente relação qualidade / preço. A Carla é muito simpática e responde rapidamente. Embora a entrada possa ser efectuada por código, a Carla fez questão de nos receber presencialmente. Recomendamos vivamente.

Het hele knusse huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een AAA+ locatie. In de omgeving gebeurt er overdag van alles, van vissers die smorgens hun vangst gaan verkopen tot de plaatselijke kerk die een borrel organiseert aan de boulevard. Een supermarkt zit om de hoek maar die hebben we bijna nodig gehad door de drankjes/koffie/kaas/wc papier etcetc. die Maria al had verzorgd. In de buurt zitten legio aan fantastische restaurants en met 20 min met de trein zit je in t hart van Porto. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug!

Paulas little house is a real gem. Directly situated at the beach, calm and just a short drive or train ride away from Porto. The House was very clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed although we spent our 8 days here with a 6 months old baby. We really enjoyed our many walks along the sea on the beautiful boardwalks and stopped several times to visit the bars and restaurants around. Thanks for having us Paula. Highly recommended

We recently enjoyed a delightful week-long stay with our family at this enchanting house in the heart of Vila da Conde. The property's romantic outdoor architecture immediately sets it apart from the surrounding homes, creating a truly charming atmosphere. As a group of adults with children, we found the house to be perfectly suited to our needs. Located next to a small city park with a playground and cafés, the house offers easy access to local amenities. Historical sites and museums are within a short walking distance, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. The spacious interior, including three bathrooms, was a major plus, and the outdoor pool, seating area, and grill provided ample opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. Tolle(s) Ferienhaus mit top Ausstattung. In Strandnähe. Gemeinsame Nutzung eines Pools mit sogar separatem Babypool ;-) Ruhige Lage (die zwar noch teilweise erschlossen wird, jedoch kein Lärm). Wir (als Familie) können es sehr empfehlen für einen entspannten Urlaub an der portugiesischen Atlantik Küste.

Thankyou Afonso for a lovely stay at your home We had everything we needed there and really enjoyed our stay despite For future guests we recommend an early trip on Grayline sightseeing tour to get your bearings around Porto/Matosinhos Stop 9 just 5 min walk from apartment Locally : Just down the pedestrian lane from apartment there are good restaurants Camelia Garden for lunch/brunch and Paparoca and Arcadia for morning coffee/pastries Porto is easy to get to - could walk prob 20/ 30 mins but can get Infante tram from Camelia (€6 each one way ) but also found Ubers cheaper to get into town only €6 Didn’t really find a close convenience store nearby so just bear in mind for milk water etc Al Mare and Habitat for dinner is excellent

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Eusébio. Der wunderschöne Garten mit Pool ist super zum entspannen. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum Fluss, der am Anwesen vorbeifließt. Hier kann man mit dem Tretboot oder Standup paddle-Board fahren (kann man sich vor Ort ausleihen). Eusébio ist seh nett und hilfsbereit!

Wow I really enjoyed the stay. The place is impeccably styled and is very conveniently located. The host is awesome and we were fed a daily supply of crazy amount of bread and pastries. What is not immediately clear from the photos is that the place is in a vicinity of a big port, but that is actually a very interesting view to see so we're more than enjoyed the stay and would totally come back again.

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's beautiful home. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked with all that a family of 6 would need. Our kids really enjoyed the lower level playroom and the outdoor space and pool. The hosts shared local recommendations and even provided a few welcome treats and wine which we appreciated. Francisco was extremely responsive and came by within minutes when we had a question about something in the house one morning. The area is quiet but on the outskirts of many of the sights of downtown Porto. Something to be aware of if you're looking for an area that is walkable or closer to the activities around town. You will need to Uber (minimum 10-15 minutes) to get to most nearby Porto attractions. Great house and pretty decent location if you don't mind being a bit further away from the city center.

Très bon séjour ( 2eme pour nous ) hôte très compréhensive et arrangeante. Maison bien équipée avec tout les nécessaire.

Susana and her family are perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. We had a fantastic week with our grown up and teenage sons there. The villa and outside areas are extremely spacious and so clean. With older children, this extra space was invaluable. There was even a ping pong table to keep the boys busy too! It is so well equipped overall and the outside BBQ is great. The local area is so beautiful and we used a great local surf school in the mornings. The beach is very accessible and it was good to have off street parking in the villa, as the beach is a popular local attraction so the there lots of visitors to the area during the day. But this just makes the beach more vibrant and interesting. We made full use of all the restaurants and the small local shop, where we ordered daily bread and picked up essentials. A big thank you to Susana for being so helpful and flexible throughout the week. We would highly recommend a anyone to book this holiday home.

Nous avons passé une semaine sur place. Accueil de Manuel très correct. Le logement correspond à la description, très propre et de qualité, dans un quartier agréable. Proche de Porto et du métro pour s'y rendre. Rapport qualité-prix plus que correct. Attention, si vous y allez en hiver, il faut payer le chauffage en plus... mais nous, nous n'en n'avons pas eu besoin. A recommander.

Vriendelijke host, zeer vlotte communicatie. Zeer ruim huis met grote tuin. Rustige buurt, probleemloos parkeren voor de deur. Speelruimte voor de kinderen. In de buurt is, buiten het strand en de zee, weinig te beleven, maar er is een gemakkelijke treinverbinding met Porto. Een aanrader!
