La Villa é in pendio sul mare, al centro del paese, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dal molo da cui partono i traghetti per Amalfi, Positano e Capri: ciò rende GINESTRA una soluzione ideale per esplorare la Costiera Amalfitana e, insieme, godere della tranquillità dei suoi suggestivi panorami!

La casa si trova nella zona alta di Minori, si raggiunge salendo una scalinata di 180 gradini che partono dalla strada, vicino al parcheggio a pagamento (€ 15,00 al giorno). Si prosegue all'interno dell' azienda agricola. Il percorso potrebbe essere un po’ arduo, ma la vista è strepitosa La casa ha un giardino esterno ed un solarium privato con doccia, tavolo e sedie non è in condivisione. Garantita la massima privacy. Tassa di soggiorno €.2,00 al giorno, escluso i ragazzi fino a 14 anni.

Cozy studio apt easy to access, well equipped, surrounded by lemon trees and with a stunning view over the city and the sea! The studio has its private furnished terrace. Wifi has a strong and stable signal. AC has a dual split system cool/ heat. Your private parking spot is right outside the apartment! Check-in time is flexible but must be coordinated in advance. I don't live at this address and I have another job out of town. Precision and punctuality would be appreciated. Thanks!
