The Kip B&B | Queen Room 2

Located at the front of the property, Queen Room 2 features beautiful french doors that lead out onto a shared verandah. Bright & airy, it sleeps two in a queen sized bed and features a small but functional private bathroom with a shower. The room is full of all the important details and standard creature comforts: super soft high quality linens, plush towels, rain showers with solar hot water, air-conditioning, high ceilings, free wifi and jungle views. Lipi Double Bedroom is part of the main builduing called Deep Blue Colonial Villa. It has indipendent entrance from the garden and is located in front of the pool. It has shared use of a well equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting corner. Access to the pool and private beach. Continental Breakfast served upon request (5 dollars per person); welcome complimentary mineral water and toiletries free of charge. Bikes also available free of charge. Motorbikes can be rented on site.

The Spice House, Mirissa

Beautiful Colonial style guesthouse set in an acre of tropical gardens with an infinity edged swimming pool and jungle views. Our small bed&breakfast offers 3 double rooms all with AC, fan and private toilet. All the rooms face our lovely peaceful garden. We are close to the main road and you can enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants but also we’re only a short walk from the beautiful Mirissa beach. We’ll be happy to help our guests with anything they need (like getting transportation, booking tours and finding the best places to eat and visit).
