Nestled in the scenic hills of El Cajon, the property is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and feels like a true retreat. The home itself is immaculate—thoughtfully decorated with a blend of modern touches and cozy charm. Every detail, from the plush linens to the fully stocked kitchen, made us feel pampered and at home. Waking up to the golden California sun streaming through the windows and enjoying coffee on the patio with panoramic views was a daily highlight. The outdoor space is a dream—lush landscaping, a relaxing seating area, and the kind of quiet that lets you truly unwind. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Whether you’re looking to explore San Diego or just relax in a serene setting, this is the perfect place. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning our next trip!

This is one of those Airbnb’s that feels like home! I wish my house was this nice, this place is far nicer! But this house has a warmth and comfort to it that is special. It’s an ideal place for two families to share. You can make dinner with every single thing you could ever need serve a holiday feast or make your sack lunch for the beach. Beds and baths for everyone. Easy laundry and comfort in every corner. We used the pool, the outdoor dining area, we sat around the fireplace in the backyard, we slept on loungers soaking up sun, and of course we enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub! We loved the location! Amazing tacos and vistas and local color in every direction. We were close to everything too: 20 minutes to Little Italy, 30 minutes to Coronado sunsets, 10 minutes to Old Town! I genuinely hope we get to come back again often! This is the kind of place that makes you think about moving here, because it feels like home that much!

We had a great stay over spring break! Our group was 5 adults & 4 children, but we never felt cramped! The neighborhood is charming and felt safe, even to this small town family. We walked into the Kensington main street area most days - for coffee (Starbucks), acai bowls & organic groceries (Stehly Farms Market), pizza, burgers (kids eat free on Tuesday!), and ice cream (you MUST try the Ube & Toffee flavor at Stella Jeans)! :) The kids loved the pool/ hot tub, although it was a shame the pool guy never checked in over our weeklong stay. With 4 children in the pool every day, the water was cloudy by the time we left. I blame myself for not letting Zeina and Mo know, as they were responsive for all my other queries. The casita was a blessing for grandma and grandpa, who needed their quiet time. The only real complaint I heard from our group was that the house smells stale (like the charming old house it is) and the laundry/pingpong area smells of mildew. Opening doors helped!

This place is very cozy and comfortable. We feel like home. Very clean and organized. I am highly recommend this place. She even prepared a crib for our infant. Very nice place to stay. Very peaceful place.

We came down to Chula Vista with our Grandkids to take them to SeaWorld and hang out for a few days on their spring break. This home was perfect. There were 7 of us. Plenty of room for everyone. There is a game room that we all loved. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard swimming and going in the spa and there is a wonderful park right across the street. I would definitely recommend staying here. The host always responded very quickly and always helpful.

I love that the kitchen was very well stocked! If you like to cook it’s great! The backyard was beautiful my kids loved the resort feel. We visited for a graduation for my nephew from the Marines boot camp. The location was about 20-25 minutes from base which was so easy because you’re close to the freeway! The house was perfect for our stay! The box truck in the front yard was a throw off when we arrived but once inside you didn’t notice it was there. The house is very cute and full of everything you need to have a great stay! Thank you Brian for being a great host!

Place as described and overall a great location and cozy home. Welcomed us with nice snacks and waters which was a thoughtful touch! 1 home off the bay and about 2 blocks from the ocean... basically right in between both. Parking is a challenge at times (small/short car port which only fits compact car) but we managed and it wasn't bad overall and very common for beach type homes. Two of the rooms feel like master, although there's only one bathroom upstairs for three people to share. But there is a bathroom downstairs with the shower for added use. If you require any sort of early check-in make sure to communicate with up front. Definitely worth the price and would suggest to anyone.

A great vacation has some important qualities. For us, safety and feeling secure is number one. A comfortable bed and a great shower come next. Throw in a modern, clean kitchen and you are all set. The parking garage is a real convenience as parking can be tight. Air conditioning puts this apartment above the rest. The building laundry rooms are close and reasonably priced. We have always loved San Diego. It’s a great walking city with every kind of restaurant and cuisine. The scenery is beautiful. Be sure to walk the Embarcadero, hit the beaches, and Balboa Park is a real treasure. They are all free to visit.

We loved our stay here! The place was well stocked, especially with items for the beach for the kids. We appreciated the clean rooms and clean sheets, as well as quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again next time we are in town.

This was a great location, we loved being right on the beach and the walking path. The apartment was easy to access and had everything we needed, including walkable restaurants and parking. Tina was responsive, and helped us to find everything we needed.

Our family of five had a lovely stay here. Location is amazing…loved walking down to the beach and a short walk from lots of restaurants but not too noisy. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. Nice to have laundry down the hall too. And pool & hot tub were great. The views from the unit are stunning and loved having the ocean breeze and sounds at night. We would stay here again!!

Amazing stay in a gorgeous home. We especially loved all the beach 🏖️ gear - made our stay so fun and easy. If you aren’t familiar with the area, this is the only beachfront high rise building in PB. The views are incredible. The furnishings are absolutely gorgeous too- felt like a magazine. We can’t wait to come back !

We had an amazing stay. Chris was very responsive. The view is incredible. Hearing the waves is soothing. The place is kids friendly with toys and books that are very fun. The area has lots of food choices. It takes just a few mins to be right on the beach. He has a wagon and beach toys. This was a very hassle free, enjoyable stay with our three little kids. No one wanted to leave.

I booked this place last minute literally after checking into a nearby hotel that was subpar at best and not as advertised. First time in Point Loma. Reason for visit was seeing my kids who live in Cali and Hawaii. So we met halfway as I am from the east coast. The ease of the entire experience is unmatched. The communication with the host was great and the house was amazing. Perfectly appointed. They thought of literally everything. And it was spotless and pristine. This is a unique home and experience. The most comfortable and beautiful and up to date everything is this house. I can’t think of a single thing that wasn’t perfect. There are stairs to the lower bedrooms and laundry and pool area. But I’m in shape and they didn’t scare me. The neighbors are super friendly. And the parking lot as adequate. The view is knockout insanely beautiful. The beds are comfy the pillows and linens are just like at home. It’s a quiet neighborhood close to everything. And I can’t think of a negative

This was the perfect place, a roomy and well stocked home for our family! It was clean and comfortable and had a lot of both indoor and outdoor games. We appreciated that all bedrooms were connected to a bathroom. The backyard was another wonderful living space, I only wish we would have had time to utilize the pool! The holiday dog with lights in the entry way was adorable and a fun welcome when we walked in. The owner was proactive in contacting me prior to check in and provided the code and any home instructions to me via text. We would definitely stay in this home again if we are in the area.

Nick and wis wife Michelle were incredible hosts to us. They were both incredibly responsive, kind, and even sent us some gifts which was a truly lovely gesture. They are wonderful people and their home is beautiful.

This is one the most incredible property that I've ever been to. We had a wonderful stay — the view was breathtaking, and every detail showed real care and thought. Communication was excellent, and the space was both comfortable and welcoming. A definite 5/5 — highly recommended!
