Welcome to our charming annex which sleeps 4 and is perfect for a small family, or a couple. It also provides a retreat for solo travellers or from outdoor pursuits. We are on the outskirts of beautiful Fowey in Cornwall, 1 km from the beach and parking for one vehicle. We also have a Coop store within very close proximity! The annex is just 20 minutes walk from the picturesque cove of Readymoney and from the charming streets of Fowey offering unique shops, restaurants and traditional pubs.

Treetops is a lovely recently renovated modern first floor flat with two bedrooms. The flat has an open plan kitchen diner living area make it perfect for families with children and dogs! The flat is a one minute walk from the main carpark where you can jump on the local town bus or a five minute walk down the the hill to the main high street! There is a mezzanine with additional double bed accessed via paddle stairs. Outside is a seating area where you can enjoy the stunning surroundings and views.

The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
