Cute little place within walking distance of town. Would totally stay here again :)

We had a fantastic time - location is unbeatable, the hot tub was super relaxing and we loved the older cottage charm. Would definitely stay again.

Our studio cottage was great! Felt very clean and had everything we needed in the space so we could enjoy the outdoors and then come back to a comfortable place. Easy to get in/out of and park our trailer and close to everything in town and OHV trailheads. Sean was a great host and incredibly friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Moab!

This tiny home/ cottage was perfect for our Moab jeep trip! Enough room to park our trailer, truck and jeep right next to the cottage, but also pet friendly. The cottage is great for preparing our own breakfasts and lunches, and a short drive into town for dinners at local restaurants. What i didnt realize was the communal areas- a very nice outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, bbq, firepit, etc as well as a commercial style kitchen area with 2 stoves, large fridge, freezer and plenty of seating available. Laundry and showers available also, for those staying in the tent cabins. Easy access right of main street just outside of the busyness of downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were pleased to see that the photos kind of undersold the place. convenient location and nice private cabins were great!

A cozy place for 4 of us but it worked out just fine. We utilized the common areas too, which was a nice bonus. Everything was nice, clean, great location - just a short distance from downtown. Would stay here again!

Jeff has a great place! The location is perfect. The surroundings are beautiful. Jeff is a great host, and everything we needed was right there. Jeff is super friendly and gave us some great advice on the local area. Yeller, the dog, was there to greet us when we arrived and was a friendly presence hanging out on the front porch. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again!
