Bon logement, conforme et adéquat pour une nuit, au sous sol d une maison familiale. Le seul point à savoir est que si vous mesurez plus d'1m85 environ, vous toucherez presque le plafond ! 🙂

Verblijf is beter dan op de foto’s. Super leuke locatie in de stad te verkennen of om te vertrekken op je wandeling. Heel snelle en duidelijke communicatie ! Top!

Excellent stay and great value for money. The property is as described and the pictures are accurate. Clean, comfortable and felt a safe space. The property is not in central Liege, but there is a bus stop two minutes walking which takes around 20 minutes to get into the centre and also stops right outside the train station. There is technically no parking, but the surrounding streets are ‘green zones’, meaning parking is free of charge providing you are not causing an obstruction. There are tram lines outside the property, but they have not gone ‘live’ yet (April 2025) so you can park right outside if you wish. Access to the property was straight forward, with the lock box access code given prior to arrival. The host was very responsive to questions and came across very friendly. The surrounding area does not have much going on in terms of bars. There is a lovely burger restaurant around the corner called Din’O Burger which I would recommend, they also deliver. Would stay again!

Mooie locatie in een rustig dorp. Ideaal voor wandelingen (opletten in het jachtseizoen!) Parking voor 3 wagens, modern comfortabel huis met de nodige voorzieningen. De verhuurder was helder in zijn communicatie.

Wij hadden heerlijke dagen in het huis van Sebastiaan. Het huis is ruim voor 6 personen met verschillende plekken om lekker te zitten , een gezellige goed uitgeruste eetkeuken, goede 2 persoons bedden en een prachtig gelegen tuin, waar het goed vertoeven is. Sippenaken is een uitstekend uitgangspunt voor uitstapjes en fietstochtjes in de regio en vanuit het huisje ben je zo op een mooi wandelpad door het Geuldal. Voor ons een ideale uitvalsbasis tijdens dit AGR weekend🚴🚴

Lovely stay at perfect spot, will definitely come back some time

Sejour de 2 nuits dans ce logement paisible et reposant avec de tres beaux extérieurs, le tout adapté pour toute la famille. Nous avons pu profiter de la terasse et du barbecue, flâner dans le grand jardin et regarder les grenouilles dans leur l'étang (clôturé pour eviter tout accident). Charmante maison avec tout ce qu'il faut sur place! Nous recommandons ce très bel endroit ainsi que ces hôtes :)!

We had a really pleasant stay at this Apartment. Laurence is a really nice and friendly host. The Apartment is nice and cozy and exactly how she described it. We really enjoyed staying at the pool. Its nice and clean and the poolshed was good for chilling. We really can recommend this Airbnb to calm down relax and have a good time. Thanks to Laurence and her lovely Family

Stephanie is een hele vriendelijke host. Ze reageerde altijd en heel snel. Het huis is netjes, groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie grote tuin, gezellig kampvuur en fijne jacuzzi/sauna als extra! Parkeerplaats genoeg en het is een fijne locatie (rustig maar dichtbij bezienswaardigheden, restaurants en Durbuy!). Wij zouden zeker terug komen als we weer deze kant op gaan.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf hier. De gites hebben veel charme en zijn leuk ingericht, goed uitgerust en proper. De gemeenschappelijke schuur is een troef wanneer beide gites samen gehuurd worden! Goede communicatie (en uitstekende nazorgen na het verblijf) met de eigenaars Hubert & Catherine.

Perfecte locatie om van hieruit fiets- en wandeltochten te ondernemen. In het centrum, waardoor de bezienswaardigheden zeer gemakkelijk te voet zijn te bereiken. Appartement voorzien van alle benodigdheden om maaltijden te kunnen bereiden, heb je hier geen zin in is het centrum met de restaurants op korte afstand bereikbaar(1 minuut). Parkeer je auto eventueel op openbare parkeerplaats 'de Motten', van hieruit is het appartement zowel te voet als met de fiets gemakkelijk te bereiken.

Accueil chaleureux * lors des échanges (tel/sms/à l'arrivée/ informations/ documentation) , * dans l'aménagement de l'appartement, * par de petites attentions * dans la décoration.... Bel espace, spacieux . Base de ménage très complète Bref tout ce qui contribue à un séjour très agréable Merci .
