2 Bedroom Loft, King & Queen Bed

Newly renovated loft in the heart of the Village of New Berlin, close to the park. About a half hour drive to Cooperstown or Hamilton, 25 minutes to Oneonta, 40 minutes to Utica, 20 to Norwich, and less than 10 to the Unadilla Motocross racetrack. Make yourself at home in a full kitchen with custom cabinetry, handmade by a local retired carpenter(my father). There is a full bathroom with washer and dryer. Two bedrooms- one with a king size bed, the other with a queen bed and workstation desk.

Just one minute from downtown and sacrificing none of the views of Windham Mountain. With spacious living quarters and panoramic views, the home offers a truly comfortable upstate getaway for those looking to stay close to town but still experience the beauty and tranquility of a natural setting. At night sit on the deck gazing up at the endless stars while listening to the songs of frogs in the nearby pond and the howling of coyotes in the distance or soak your tired muscles in the new hot tub.

Enjoy to sleep with sky light !

The couple will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. it just renovated and just build it with an amazing hardwood floor, beautiful for one or couple to enjoy the night !!!my place is a mile to wynn hospital, downtown, utica auditorium, Utica University and Utica's best food places. I just add total 2 air conditioner and cover the sky windows to reduce the heat, and replaced the artic fan, so it is not too hot now. it you want to see the sky you can open it easy.

IHL is also located right off the main snowmobile trail system for winter enthusiasts who like to ride and 15 minutes from McCauley Mountain for all you downhill/cross country skiers. We offer weekly rentals from December 1st-March 31st for our winter rental season.
