Pets are welcome too for a one time $50 fee at time of booking.

It's almost like being on a houseboat, and you can fish right from the deck! Kayaks are provided. Relax, swim, boat, or fish with otters, beavers, sea lions, owls, herons and more! We are located in the Pacific flyway for migrating birds, so the winter birds are delightful. If you like wine, there are dozens of wineries nearby.

We provide a welcoming, clean, and modern place to relax and get a good night's sleep on our Nectar memory foam mattress. You can't get a better location in Stockton. Located within walking distance to the Miracle Mile and UOP, you'll never run out of places to explore. If you want to go wine tasting in Lodi, it's only a 30-minute drive away.

Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.
