Our stay was outstanding overall….stunning views, quiet/ private, close to walking path, private beach and the space was well- appointed, comfortable and clean. We loved hearing the waves and watching the sun rise AND set each day— so peaceful. There are stairs to access entryway, but it wasn’t a problem at all and parking was always available. There is a pool to use, just steps away ( also quiet) and all within a short drive to amazing restaurants, beautiful beaches, great hikes, farmers’ markets and lovely Hanalei. We would love to return and highly recommend!

Our stay entire stay has been amazing! We explored the Secret Beach, went snorkeling, and even spotted whales from the living room— such a magical moment! To top it off, I captured some stunning Milky Way photos that I’ll treasure forever. This trip and stay has truly been a dream come true. Mahalo for the unforgettable experience!

We loved staying in Princeville only 10 minutes to Hanalei. The view is outstanding from morning to night. We really enjoyed the lounge at the resort when we didn’t feel like going into town or cooking, there was live music which was nice. We would stay here again no question. Mahalo!

We spent 4 nights at Evans’ place and we had a great time! We could have stayed longer! We though that it js a perfect base to discover the island. The house is beautiful, spacious and clean, we felt right at home. We felt comfortable in the house and we could use the common spaces freely (kitchen, living room, garden). Evans was very helpful and kind. He also offered us great local tips (for beaches, hikes, restaurant), he gave us beach towels, a beach blanket and trekking poles. His flatmate Collin is also very nice and friendly. Princeville where the house is located is a lovely and calm place. In the mornings/evenings we sometimes went for a walk in the neighborhood. At the moment there are albatross babies in the neighborhood which was quite special. We hope to return one day and can highly recommend this accommodation to anyone else!

Wonderful place for a family vacation. Has everything you need for a beach holiday and fully stocked kitchen is a huge plus. Great view!

The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Pluses: king size bed, ground floor, keyless entry, next door to the pool (of which we were 2 of 8-10 people using it on a daily basis - no fighting for loungers here!), microwave, coffee maker, two dorm style fridges - honestly the list goes on and on. There weren't any negatives. The location in Kapa'a was also ideal for travel up to the north coast and local adventures which there are many! We enjoyed Napali Brewing for poke bowls and beer, Paradise Bakery for malasadas (filled donuts), and Al Pastor food truck for fish tacos. We spent a day in Poipu, which almost everyone we talked with recommended, but we found it overcrowded, loud, and the crowd kind of aggressive - we saw two people almost come to blows on the beach (not my idea of a peaceful vacation). We much preferred the location of Tom's condo, it's a quieter, more relaxing area. Everyone we encountered was kind/considerate.

Such a beautiful place the enjoy Kauai. Well equipped with everything we needed to head to the beach or stay in to grill. The pool was a perfect oasis to rest and plan the day. We took advantage of the pickle ball court as well! The placement of the condo was perfect to enjoy the ocean view, pool access, grill and the gate leading to walkways and the sunset view. We'll be back!

Puu Poa did not disappoint! The condo was spacious with great views of the ocean.

Our stay was fantastic, the view from the living room is unbeatable and we found ourselves waking up before sunrise every morning to watch with a coffee. the scramble down to the beach is well worth it for the reward of a private beach in a protected cove.

Wonderful stay ! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and several lounging areas. It was very quiet . We saw whales breaching in the distance and albatross flying by. It’s mating season and 4 albatross (and baby) were directly across from the house- they put on quite a show! Very fun to watch. We took many walks and loved the location. We hope to return!

My fiancée and I stayed here while exploring Kauai and it’s by far our favorite airbnb! It’s always a great feeling when the airbnb is even nicer than the photos. We loved drinking our morning coffee and walking outside to enjoy one of the best views Kauai has to offer. The airbnb is in a great location and was clean, quiet and relaxing. It’s close to beaches, shops, restaurants and hiking trails - which we enjoyed everyday. We explored the entire island and Princeville is by far our favorite area. We will definitely stay here again!

Vicky was incredibly helpful before we arrived and during our stay. Her area recommendations were spot on and super helpful. She helped us find a few hidden gems in the area, and reinforced an idea we already had on our list of things to do. She handled a hiccup on the first day with quick communication, grace and kindness. The condo unit is exactly as described, in perfect shape, has all that we needed and more. Super convenient to use the beach chairs and boogie boards and condo unit provides beach towels- all to make the experience easier for travelers. We appreciated the oceanfront location, sound of the waves, views, proximity to snorkeling / lifeguarded beach at the park right next door. The location also makes an easy drive both north to Hanalei Bay and south/west to poipu and or Waimea canyon. Instructions for the house were perfect and spot on. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. When we do, we will absolutely stay here again.

Michelle's place is in a perfect location near the airport and in between Hanalei to the North and Waimea to the Southwest. Walkable to the local Safeway and several restaurants and food trucks. We especially loved hearing the ocean waves 24/7 and watching the sunrise from the balcony every morning. The amenities, including the Washer/Dryer, are topnotch so don't be afraid to pack light. Michelle was easy to contact and very friendly. Would absolutely book again.

Throughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful accommodations, fully stocked kitchen & unit! (needs tongs & a potato peeler though!) The pool was peaceful and beach just a quick walk away. The blinds let in a lot of light, so if you need to nap a baby- it’s very challenging. There is so much space here & the patio is amazing. Lots of comfortable furniture. Highly recommend!

Hands down our best Airbnb experience ever, the house is better than the photos, was clean, comfortable and right on a beach with a wonderfully well kept and large yard. It was a pleasure to come back to it each day after exploring the island. That said, what made the trip exceptional was the host, Kendall was a pleasure to interact with, always responsive and super helpful regarding the house and the area, made several recommendations and even called local resources to confirm that certain parks were open or closed during our stay. We can highly recommend staying here, no regrets.

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this condo. We have stayed at Hanalei Bay Resort in the past and enjoy the natural beauty and location of the complex itself. This lower level unit has amazing views, a great lanai, and is furnished with almost all the things you would hope to have. A boogie board would have been an added bonus. The only thing I think others may want to know before renting this unit is that there is a door that passes through to another unit next door. The door was closed for our stay, but we could hear the neighbors comings and goings and conversations very clearly. Fortunately, during our stay, the neighbors were considerate of this and it wasn't much of an issue. Overall I would highly consider renting this unit again.

It’s a clean and spacious for 4 adults, and a nice location- walking distance to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances for what we need. Also plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, inflatable tubes. My daughter loved sleeping with the sound of beach waves. Susanne responded to my questions quickly and kindly.

LaniKai #131 is absolutely beautiful. A lovely condo that is very private (only about 18 units total) we felt right at home & although there were others around. A lot of the time we had the pool or community areas to ourselves. The coconut marketplace was walkable (maybe a block) & you could do shopping, pick up basics from the ABC store or grab dinner at the restaurants. The beach was beautiful and had nice safe areas for kids. Many times we walked along the shore & path to Lava Lava for happy hour or breakfast. The condo itself was absolutely perfect. The finishes were beautiful and made us feel at home. I like to unpack and there were truly many storage areas & hooks, in the bedrooms and bathrooms that were very thoughtful for guests. & the whole home A/C was much appreciated since we come from a cooler climate. There were also many outlets that made for easy charging of electronics. & we loved the seating in the main room for everyone to spread out. We definitely plan to return!!

Enjoyed the most mellow and relaxing vacation with my adult children. We walked daily on the great pathway and took in the blue ocean and the peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and what I expected. We enjoyed eating at all the wonderful local places within a casual 20 minute walk. It was rainy this time of the year so sometime we just stayed and chilled in the awesome living room. The house is old so it has its charms but it felt like going to a beach house. There are plenty of windows and we slept with them open and it was very windy at night so we didn’t miss the a/c at all. We are from the Pacific Northwest, my son said he was surprised that 72 degrees could feel so cold and it was funny to see him wear his puffy jacket at times. Anyone staying here in the spring should probably bring a jacket because the wind and moisture can make it feel a lot colder than it should be due to being right next to the ocean. This is an excellent location overall.

This place was a 12566/10 ! Could not recommend more! It went above and beyond our expectations! Classic second level beach front Hawaiian bungalow with beautiful exposed beams and stellar views of humpback whales breaching on the horizon ! Beautiful sunsets and full moon rises every night ! The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel right at home catering to our every need! This spot is for guests that want to have the true local experience ! The location is very accessible to a lot of local spots and was still very secluded and relaxing, will definitely be coming back 100000%
