We spent an amazing week in the house of Kelly and Shane. The location on the waterfront is unbeatable and the house itself is super convenient, nicely remodeled and has a very cozy feel to it. We spent days in a row fishing from the dock, prepared our catch of the day on the bbq on the terrace, and caught shrimp at night which served as bait for the next day. There are great beaches, restaurants, and all kinds of day trips at hand if you wish to leave the property ;). Kelly and Shane are great hosts, with tons of tips - they clearly love the area and put great effort in the maintenance of the house and dock. They are super quick and easy in their communication and all three of us (me, husband and our 12 year old son) look forward to staying at their property again!

To say this house was awesome is an understatement. We went with our adult children and grandson. There were so many fun activities for all of us, not to mention a large dock for our boat with a beautiful view. We even had a visit from two adorable manatees! Will definitely stay there again! I booked Nani's house for a bachelorette party and it was great! The place was clean, spacious, and Nani was extremely helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend for large groups! The area is pretty quiet and there isn't much in the immediate area, so if you are wanting to take advantage of the things Miami has to offer, you're looking at a 30+ minute Uber. This was fine for us as we were planning to spend most of our time by the pool and enjoying the outdoor amenities. Overall we had a great stay!

Belle responded within minutes of any questions. This home is in a safe walkable neighborhood and extremely spotless. Belle! We’ll definitely be back.

Our family had a wonderful time here. The kids spent the day fishing off the dock, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Very relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

This Air BnB has many positive highlights! It is a beautiful home with everything you would need for a vacation house. The house is located in a great spot to get to many different food areas and activities! We had the best view of ocean. From the moment I booked Nick was very helpful for everything we needed, he was incredibly responsive! Thank you for making this trip memorable!

Clean, spacious. Exactly what we needed, just a place to rest our heads. There were no pictures or art on the walls. Pretty plain home. The neighborhood is walkable and there are beautiful homes all around. Access to the garage for parking.

Our stay was absolutely incredible! We enjoyed everything about it—the location was perfect, the pool was amazing, and the overall atmosphere made it feel like a true getaway. Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!
