I am about 2 miles away from the Rose Bowl & Old Town Pasadena. A fully stocked kitchenette on the first floor, Queen size GLENBOROUGH Firm Euro Pillowtop Rest Mattress to each bedroom. This Guest Unit is separated and independent from main house in the back with a private entrance to the unit through the deck area for your privacy. It is a quiet residential area with total privacy. Comfortable and close by to plenty of attractions nearby, about a 15-20 min walk distance to Huntington Art Gallery, Caltech, Pasadena City College, Coffee bars, Grocery Stores and Restaurants within the area on the East side of Old Town Pasadena. I will reach out to you prior to your stay to provide you with check in instructions. A combination will be sent out to you a few days prior to your arrival to the key box to access the Unit. NO pets or young children. Although Airbnb has a policy of not disallowing service animals, I respectfully suggest you consider different accommodations.
