Loft 56-nuovissimo e incantevole in pieno centro

Nuovissimo appartamento-Loft in pieno centro, piano terra con entrata indipendente. Luminoso, in una via tranquilla della città. A piedi gran parte dei monumenti storici: Pantheon (8 min), Trastevere (3 min), Fontana di Trevi (11 min), Campidoglio (11 min), Campo de’ Fiori (6 min), p.zza Venezia (12 min), p.zza Navona (8 min). Garage a pagamento a 30 metri. Non aspettiamo altro che ospitarvi con molto piacere, per rendere il più possibile il vostro soggiorno confortevole e pieno di bei ricordi!.

Your little house in Trastevere è un piccolo appartamento, in cui, malgrado le dimensioni, troverete ogni confort e comodità. La sua peculiarità è l'arredamento che è stato creato ad hoc per rendere la casa più "leggera" e luminosa. In essa non vi troverete nulla di banale e dozzinale. Rarità nel centro di Roma, l'immobile ha l'ascensore con cui portare i bagagli al piano senza fatica. In piena Trastevere, il vicolo è silenzioso e non risente del rumore della vita notturna tipica del quartiere

un loft di 80 mq con due finestre , una in cucina e l'altra nell’ open space, dove dei divisori dividono camere e soggiorno. Tra campo de fiori , piazza Navona e Trastevere in un palazzo storico accanto alla chiesa di santa Barbara, .E' al piano terra in un area pedonale e non è in un condominio. E' molto indicato per le famiglie o amici perché per dei vincoli storici le pareti non arrivano al soffitto, ma offrono comunque la privacy. In centro ,ma silenzioso. CIR ( 058091-ALT-00514)

Very bright and comfortable, impressive views from virtually every room due to its height (8th fl). Fully furnished living&dining room with 2 windows and a nice balcony overlooking Saint Peter's Dome. A master bedroom with large double bed&fully equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms and a special Baththub freestanding in the bedroom with Hydro&Color Therapy (to be used at specific times & on request only). Suitable for 2 or 3. Not adapted for children. the building, housing this unique loft for 2 persons, dates back to 1926 and was rebuilt in 2009, the apartment in 2019. Refurbished completely with all modern comfort. Bright & warm in winter, cool in summer. PLEASE NOTE this property is located 8 km from the Colosseum, so it is not in the city-centre. It is anyhow easily reachable by bus and underground. You'll find: hairdryer, washer, dishwasher, wi-fi, micro-wave, air-conditioning, private secured car-parking for 1 car

Spectacular and Cozy Loft w/Terrace, near Termini

This one of a kind rustic yet elegant loft is full with details in wood, metal and stone, all handmade by Giulio, his owner. The fabulous terrace will take your breath away. How about some coffee with your slippers on while contemplating the Colosseum or watching the sun go down behind the Vatican shadow from the hut tub? Located minutes away from Termini Station but still a peaceful home. The access to the appartment is made by stairs. Breakfast it's on us!
