Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out! Our stay at James’ place couldn’t have been better. He was super communicative and the location was phenomenal, just steps from the beach and so many fun things to do in SB. Would love to come back!

very clean. a little difficult to find initial. the photos made it seem like a separate unit but it is an apt building. the inside was amazing and clean. the beds were firm and comfortable. overall a great place.

Excellent stay at Brenda’s house, beautifully decorated, well supplied and in a good location close to supermarket and everything else. Our kids and mother-in-law enjoyed the backyard a lot. Thanks Brenda for hosting us!

Renee’s home in Santa Barbara is lovely. The surroundings and view are spectacular. The house is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great linens and beds, comfortable lounge with large, easy to use tv, and well equipped kitchen. Attention to details! Great location.. 5-10 minutes from downtown, fine dining restaurants and shopping. It was a little chilly to use the spacious patio.. maybe next trip! Highly recommend this beautiful home.

The accommodation is in a lovely quiet neighborhood. We found every aspect of the house to be first class. One of the best airbnb's we have ever stayed in - it's obvious that a lot of thought has been put into making it as comfortable as possible. The outside spaces to the rear and side of the house are beautifully laid out. You could spend a few days without having to go anywhere else! We stayed in the main house with my son while our daughter stayed in the adjoining annex. She was completely happy with this arrangement and it's completely secure. If you have time i recommend a 10 mins drive out to Harmon Canyon - the hiking trals there are superb. All in all a really nice place.

We had a great time at Agota’s rental. Everything was as described and pictured. Communication was very prompt, which is very appreciated. One thing to point out to future renters: even though it is clearly noted within the description that the pool is heated by solar panels only, it was not clear to us that this means that the pool will not be heated on days when it isn’t sunny (which is obvious, but definitely not something that we thought of and a bit unfortunate). We would def stay here again though and recommend it

Beautiful home! Conveniently located off the freeway. It was an easy walk down to the beach or shops and dining! The house is stunning, comfortable beds, and charming outdoor space.

Sarah was communicative and her place was exactly as described. A beautiful, cozy sea-side cottage vibe and the sparkling water and cookies were a sweet touch. We will definitely be back!

Heathers place was so lovely. Heather is quick to respond to questions and is super helpful with local recommendations. The house itself is super clean and well kept. Beds are comfortable. Could easily walk to the beach and restaurants. Would love to stay again. Highly recommend.

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

My family had a wonderful Spring Break at Coleen's place. The location can't be beat, just steps from the beach and walkable to local restaurants. The home was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed for our family. The neighbors were also very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to all.

Lara's place is great. It is all set with all that you need for cooking. The two bedrooms are very private, and both have their own bathroom very near. The best part is the location. You can easily walk all the way to the top of the "plaza portion" of State Street in 30 minutes, and even closer are lots of restaurants and bars. Then, in the other direction is the beach, pier, and marina. We never moved our car while we were visiting. There is also a grocery store 3 blocks away, so easy access to all that you need for a great stay.

Jennifer and Tommy could not have been more gracious or kind. The room is comfortable and everything was very clean. The location is walkable and Carpinteria is fabulous. To top it off, they have the more adorable little sweet dog! One of my favorite AirBnB experiences ever! I look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful time here! The location was absolutely perfect. So close to the beach, the park and walkable to every restaurant and shopping this cute little beach town! Amanda left us a great list of recommended places to visit.
