Le chalet est conforme à la description. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour . Benoit a été un excellent hôte très réactif et sympathique. Un super livret d’accueil avec plein de recommandations à proximité nous a été envoyer avant notre séjour afin de le planifier au mieux. Benoit a eu la gentillesse de nous faire profiter d’un check out tardif:

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Magnifique maison, très moderne et sécurisée. suite parentale au rdc et 2 chambres à l'étage. rien ne manquait. Hôte très sympathique et disponible quand nous avions eu besoin de lui, nous à recommandé beaucoup d'endroit où aller ou événement dans le coin. A 25 min de Nice, au calme. je recommande+++

Grazie a Manuela che ci ha fatto sentire a casa. L'appartamento è nuovo, spazioso (eravamo in cinque) e ben arredato, molto pulito. Anche se non munito di posto auto riservato, in zona ci sono molte possibilità di parcheggio. Consigliato.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The place was well equipped, enjoyed using an air fryer for the first time & the BBQ was great! The outside decking area with hot tub was very relaxing and as the weather was not warm enough for the pool the hot tub was a welcome alternative for relaxing. The scenery was stunning. I would recommend providing some written recommendations on restaurants, areas to visit, walks in the area etc in the house. We looked online but personal recommendations left for guests would be a nice touch. I would recommend this house for its space for a family and Stephane was a very responsive host. You definitely need a car to enjoy the area, go to shops etc. We had not planned to hire one as I thought we could walk to the village in about 15 mins but we ended up getting a rental otherwise we would have relied on Ubers, which were quick enough but it adds up when you are a party of 5. Très beau logement au sein d’une villa privée. Nous avons apprécié la beauté du lieu, le confort et la propreté du logement. A 3 minutes de Final Borgo et à 2km de la plage, la situation est idéale Gianluca est un hôte hyper accueillant, facilitant et très disponible. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et espérons revenir un jour! Merci à Gianluca et sa famille pour les moments de partage !
