La struttura è suddivisa su 3 piani, ognuno dei quali si raggiunge con una scalinata tipica dell'architettura medievale. Dimora V.lo Leoncini è ideale per chi desidera immergersi nella storia dell'antica Tibur.

La depandance di 85mq e' immersa in un uliveto di 2 ettari ed è indipendente dalla casa di proprietà. Cosi composta: ampia camera da letto, bagno, cucina, salotto; è adatta a famiglie, coppie e singoli che vogliono trascorrere un soggiorno in totale relax, godendo della piscina infinity pool, dell'area BBQ e del giardino.
