In un bosco privato, una casa su tre livelli indipendenti, progettata nel 1962 dall’architetto Luisa Castiglioni secondo canoni modernisti, si apre sulla foce del fiume Magra e sulle Alpi Apuane. La casa si raggiunge solo a piedi, attraverso 150 gradini tra gli alberi. Le case sono prive di aria condizionata: ogni spazio è stato restaurato nel rispetto delle caratteristiche originarie.
