Joshua's place was perfect in every way. He has literally thought of everything! Comfortable beds, hot showers, coffee selection, snacks, and so many more extra sweet touches throughout. This property has amazing views, nature, sunsets, and the stars are absolutely magnificent on a clear night. Book it! you won't be disappointed!!!

Great spot for skiing at purgatory with a big group! We also were close to mesa verde which was a cool spot to check out. Good games already at the house - overall great stay!!

This was such a peaceful and beautiful retreat! A wonderful place to rest and recharge.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The instructions to find the place were easy to follow and clear. Any time we messaged we always got a prompt reply. The location itself is very peaceful with a really nice view of the night sky. You're removed from town but close enough to Cortez and Mesa Verde that it's really convenient. The primary bed is very comfortable and you have everything you could need for a stay. Very pleased!

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I've stayed at numerous places in Colorado over my lifetime, and this one has to be the best. The location was ideal for us, and the place was fantastic. The views, the huge deck with an amazing hot tub, the spacious living area with enough seating for all 6 of us (and then some), the most amazingly stocked kitchen of any rental - the list goes on and on. The entire host team responded quickly and gave us local recommendations, as well. My father-in-law is already talking about bringing the grandkids next year! My dad told me several times a day what a great find I made. We all loved it so much and can't wait to return! Thanks for a great week!

Sue has a beautiful home with phenomenal views from every room. The home was the perfect space for our family of six. Everyone had their own space and the amenities are endless. Sue is a great communicator and the home was very easy to find. The house has a fabulous kitchen. We were very pleased with our stay.

Had such a great time staying here while hiking at Mesa Verde NP and other places around. The hosts were quick to respond when we needed something and very friendly and helpful. The hot tub is great for after a long day of hiking!

Absolutely loved Mark’s place! So much to see and do right out the door. Mark is such a gracious host with beautiful decor, fantastic guide and history books and, his photography is amazing! Every detail of this place was well thought out and we loved every second of our stay. We booked both the cabin and bungalow with our daughter and her husband and truly enjoyed our time together. The hikes out the door are terrific and the history on this land is awe inspiring. We hiked in and around the area several times and had a great time! Highly recommended stay with a super-friendly and gracious host.
