LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Walking distance from Mackey Arena and Rose Ade Stadium. Remodeled interior with upgrades and modern finishes. Granite countertops, new flooring, natural light, kitchen with all new appliances. 2-minute drive to restaurants, bars, movie theaters, and everything Purdue. High-speed internet/cable/smart TVs. Sunny 2 bedroom cottage with large backyard and patio. Only 12 minutes from Ross Aide Stadium! Walking distance from restaurants and bars. Perfect for families visiting the area or football/basketball fans. As a host who lives in the community, I am committed to using eco-friendly cleaning products that have no added PFAs. I maintain a natural lawn and yard without using harsh pesticides/herbicides, which means the grass isn't always weed-free, but is safe for pets and children.
