Good neighborhood and place was well kept. Communication was good. A few things could be improved: The team we communicated with did not always have information about our specific location. We also suggest adding a few more items to the kitchen (like a dish drying rack, more utensils, and measuring cups) to facilitate cooking, but overall we made it work. Thank you very much!

My family and I love staying at Christine's space. the basement apartment is clean, spacious, kid-friendly and has everything you need to feel at home. While away one day, I asked for a step stool for my son. When I returned, I not only found the step stool at the front door, but on top of it was a dino toy and beside it were cars and trucks for my son to play with. Without asking, they provided my kiddo with extra toys to play with, all of which he enjoyed.

This was the perfect place for us - lots of space, two large bedrooms (even a desk in one), and a full kitchen. Visiting family, we weren't sure exactly how many people we needed to accommodate (1-3 at different times), so I really appreciated the size and flexibility. Very easy parking, and a quiet neighborhood.

We had a great time staying with Felix and Sara. It was exactly what we needed during our home renovation. Very convenient and the perfect size and location for us. Felix and Sara and their family were super communicative and accommodating. We so appreciated having a comfortable place to stay with everything we needed during a stressful time.

Nice spot in a great area. Live like a local but easy access to all the tourist spots. Perfect for a weekend in DC.

This apartment is great. Stayed with two kids and there was loads of room for us all. Extremely quiet, only once or twice heard anyone upstairs which seems rare for a lot of DC airbnbs. The neighbourhood is very beautiful and around 20 mins from downtown DC in an uber. One small thing... the only bathroom is en suite in the bedroom which was no problem for us, but might be relevant for others. Overall very happy to recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Trish's place. She was very helpful and friendly, and even shared an item from her own kitchen to make our stay even better. The place is very homey and cozy and we enjoyed the fireplace. The neighborhood is peaceful and attractive.

We enjoyed staying in Rodrigo’s unit. In terms of sleeping arrangements, I prefer a firmer mattress—the bed provided was comfortable and perfect for me. I was able to work from home and go for walks around the beautiful neighborhood. Rodrigo was incredibly friendly and greeted us in person.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the University of Maryland campus and nearby attractions. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting UMD or Washington, DC, and I would love to stay there again in the future!

Stay was exactly as described. Home was clean and had everything needed for a home base for work and camp for the kids. Jorge and John we very communicative and friendly. 100% would reccomend.

A fantastic base for my annual trip to Washington DC , everything I could need for a stress-free break. this was my 2nd stay in this apartment and I'll certainly be back.

Jillian’s apartment was just what I needed for a quick stay in DC. The place was clean and had everything I needed. I didn’t do any cooking there but there was a nice coffee maker. Bed was comfortable and so was the TV room with a good couch. It is a basement apartment so there isn’t much in the way of windows or natural light, but I didn’t spend any time in the day there. Also keep in mind it is a solid 15-minute walk to the metro, so I ended up mostly getting an Uber to downtown (which was easy). Overall, a great spot for a short visit to DC!

Timothy was a great host with a fantastic spot to stay. We were very appreciative of where we were and how fair the price was.

This stay was very much cozy! The location was also very convenient to stores as well all heading downtown to sight see. I think there was more to offer here than at a hotel and if we visit again I would definitely pick this spot. Great spot and a great price.

Enjoyable space with great communication, perfect location for necessities that are often within five minutes of driving. Great lighting with phenomenal interior design choices, I recommend Ray’s place any day.

Beautiful apartment and responsive host. Safe building with key fob needed to enter building and use stairwells and elevator. Amazing coffee shop right underneath the building with a grocery store across the street was very convenient. 10 min walk to the metro. Would definitely stay here again

Sylvie is so considerate and hospitable, and her house is clean and neat. We have a really warm conversation before the day I left, and I really enjoyed the time with her, sharing mutual experience as a foreigner in US. About the location, I would say Sliver Spring is safe with low crime rate. I feel comfortable to walk on the street at 11pm. And this place only takes 5-mins walk to Rad Line subway station. Highly recommend to those looking for good deal, and I am pretty sure that I will visit here again in the near future.😁😁
