Theresa was very responsive to communication. Place was exactly as described in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and easy to enter with the lock box. There was a washer/dryer, which is always a nice feature. Thanks for a great stay!

Cute little spots that I stayed in for a month while working nearby, very comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, within distance of all the amenities, cute little neighborhood grocery right around the corner.

We had a great time staying in Ian’s house, he was very easy to communicate with and if we had any issues he would help us out in anyway he could. We had a problem with our oven and he immediately replaced it with a brand new one which was really nice of him. His house is lovely with lots of space and privacy in a nice garden and porch that I liked to sit outside in the sun. Would highly recommend , and we will return when we can.

We were in town for a disc dog competition & are grateful we found this little gem. The house is just as described and was perfect for us with the open floor plan. The neighborhood is cute with a little park that we enjoyed. The small little touches like the robes, water pitcher, snacks, and SCISSORS lol really were noticed and appreciated. Thank you for sharing your space with us! We will be hoping to book again next year!

Very clean and great communication from owner

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Sheila’s home. It was clean, smelled fresh and nicely decorated. Although our stay was short, it was cozy just like home. I would recommend this stay if you are seeking somewhere quiet and comfortable.

My family of 4 and my sisters family of 2 stayed here for a weekend to attend my father's funeral. We wanted something clean and affordable and this house fulfilled those needs perfectly. House is in a quiet neighborhood and was equipped with everything we needed. Remote control for ROKU tv didn't work but I was able to download roku app to my phone to use as a remote control.

Wonderful camper with great amenities. The air conditioner kept up and kept us cool during a week of extreme heat. Bunk beds are spacious and Master bed very comfortable. He showed us how to use the camper before he left and made sure we were all set before leaving. We plan on using it again hopefully sooner than later!

absolutely enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend vacation with friends and their family members . This property can easily accommodate 12+ persons. kitchen fully loaded with utensils and plates etc. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Great place for a getaway for the dogs super close to kings island. Attic space has very low ceiling but the rest of the accommodation and resort area were very warm and welcoming

Lovely home with a quiet location. Poured rain with heavy thunderstorms all weekend, but still very quiet in the home which was surprising & nice.

Lindy answered my questions and was a gracious and fantastic host. Her home is beautiful and I will look to stay there again the next time I'm in town.

We came to Ohio for a dog event, and Don's home was very comfortable with a spacious back yard for the dogs to use. The couch and beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we might need as far as dishes, pans, silverware. It was a very quiet neighborhood as well with many restaurants and a grocery store near by. Unfortunately, it was bucketing rain our entire stay otherwise we might have enjoyed the firepit and outdoor space more.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive to my messages on Airbnb. She was always available and checked on our stay! I would suggest maybe putting apt numbers on the doors. The place was very clean. She even had extra tissue and paper towels. She also had amenities like soap, shampoo, etc. it was very nice !!!!!! I would use her again….

Everything was great. Worked out perfect for me and while I was working in town. Clean and neat, would definitely stay again when in town.
