Charmant studio de 16m2 situé au rez-de-chaussée inférieur de notre maison, entrée indépendante. Composé d’une kitchenette, d’une chambre séjour et d’une petite salle de bains. Peut accueillir 2 adultes et deux enfants, exigu si tous les couchages sont ouverts. Possibilité de louer une chambre supplémentaire au même étage : « Deux-pièces ChezlaCotch » Grand espace extérieur privatif avec piscine, place de parc. Endroit calme sur les hauteurs, belle vue sur le Léman, face aux vignobles du Lavaux.

Depuis 2007 je propose le studio « ChezlaCotch » entre lac et montagnes, à ce studio s’ajoute (depuis avril 2024) une chambre pouvant accueillir deux personnes. Le deux-pièces est séparé par un couloir commun que nous utilisons uniquement pour accéder à l’économat. Il n’est pas possible de louer seulement la chambre car celle-ci est sans sanitaire. Vous l’avez donc comprit la salle de bains est commune. Pour y accéder vous devez passer dans le “studio”, idéal pour de bons amis ou famille.

Hello :) My apartment has a super charm, in addition it is very local. Only one minute away from the supermarket and the cable car gondola. My apartment is very nicely furnished and also very bright. The bedrooms are big enough and you have a lot of space to store your clothes. The apartment has 3 balconies with beautiful views into the mountains. An outside parking space is also available. The tourist taxes are included in the price.

This stunning and rare waterfront home is perched on the shore of lake Geneva with private beach and jetty. The house is very spacious and offers 3 large bedrooms all of which are en-suite.
