Una bella casetta adagiata sulla prima collina a 300m s.l.m. dove ci sono olivi, querce ed erbe aromatiche. Dalla veranda e dalle finestre potrete ammirare il lago di Massaciuccoli, (caro al grande musicista Giacomo Puccini), le coste di:" Torre Del Lago, Lido di Camaiore e Viareggio ...Alle spalle le Alpi Apuane. Locato a 20 minuti dalle spiagge della Versilia e da Pisa e 15 minuti da Lucca. Ha un ampio open space, 2 camere matrimoniali, entrambe con vista mare e 2 bagni, di cui uno con vasca idromassaggio e un ampio parcheggio riservato e gratuito davanti alla casa. La villa si trova sulla collina di Montemagno, un piccolo paese vicino alla città di Camaiore, al mare della Versilia e città storiche come Lucca, Pisa e Firenze. E' un casale dell’800 recentemente ristrutturato rispettando le caratteristiche storiche con travi in legno e pavimenti in cotto. La villa è immersa in oliveti e vigneti e dispone di una piscina (12x6) con acqua salata, un luogo tranquillo dove trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità.

The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
