This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom gite sleeps up to 6 people and is located on the edge of a quiet village close to both St Leon sur Vezere and Montignac. Built over 200 years ago on the banks of the Vezere river, this traditional stone gite is set in a beautiful parkland garden which it shares with another gite. Whilst it's tranquil location is perfect for ensuring a relaxing holiday, it is close to all the main attractions offered in both the Vezere and Dordogne valleys, and surrounding areas.

Each of the 3 double bedrooms hosts a king size bed that can be made as 2 single beds, there is one room with a single bed. Each bedroom is supplied with an electric radiator during the colder months. There is a fully fenced garden & French TV. Le gite a été entièrement rénové en 2022 et offre sur 2 niveaux une cuisine équipée (LV, fours, etc.), une chambre spacieuse, une salle de douche avec WC. Linge de maison et draps fournis. Deux terrasses sont disponibles et privées. Le gite est proche des sites touristiques du Périgord, idéal pour vos randonnées.

Notre petite grange se compose d'une grande pièce à vivre de 30m² avec coin cuisine, coin salle à manger, coin salon (avec son canapé lit couchage double 140cm), coin nuit (avec son lit en 160) et une salle d'eau avec wc. Vous aurez un coin de jardin privé à votre disposition. Idéale pour 2 personnes, elle peut néanmoins accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes avec son canapé lit. Chauffage par poêle à granulés. Les granulés sont fournis.
