"La Ferme" au calme dans le hameau de La Bourdère

En 2002 nous sommes tombés sous le charme de La Bourdère. Un hameau sans eau, sans électricité, des bâtiments dans leur jus. Petit à petit notre rénovation transforme le hameau. Situé dans un coin isolé et vallonné, avec un vu sur un chapelle du 12ième siècle entouré par des cyprès, c’est idéal pour les amateurs de nature. Le paysage autour s’y prête aux balades à pied ou à vélo. A 3kms: petit magasin. A 8kms: Vic-Fezensac, festivals Tempo Latino et Pentecôte. A 35kms: Marciac, festival de jazz.

The barn is the second property on the location meaning you will be greeted by the host with a warm multi-lingual welcome. You will have complete privacy.

Situé à proximité de Condom avec tout ses commodités ( magasins, pharmacie, docteurs ), le gite Colombard est le lieu idéal pour découvrir la Gascogne. Ce logement de 75m² entièrement rénové, attenant à la maison des propriétaires, est équipé de tout confort (wifi, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle). Sur place des jeux de sociétés, des livres et jouets pour s'amuser en famille. Vous apprécierez le jardin privatif avec terrasse, entouré de champs et de vignes. Le calme est au rendez-vous.

Au coeur de la Gascogne, située en pleine campagne, le gîte peut acceuillir 10-11 personnes. Celui-ci comprend 3 chambres dont 1 attenante au gîte avec wc et sd'eau , 1 cuisine , 3 sd'eau, 1 pièce à vivre de 50m2, un mini dortoir (3lits 90 + 1 lit avec tiroir, 5 couchages). Dégustation à proximité vin, Armagnac produits locaux, visite de bons nombres de sites historiques, profiter du calme et de la sérénité qu'offre notre belle région.

Escapade champêtre, proche de Lectoure dans le Gers, dans cette propriété 4☆ au milieu des champs, pensée comme une maison de famille. Au sein de la propriété familiale, cette grange de 90m2 a été complètement rénovée pendant 2 ans, et a conservé tout le caractère initial. Dehors, une piscine de 11 mètres et sa terrasse en bois, offrent une magnifique vue sur la campagne environnante.
