Welcome to the Round House! This one-of-a-kind, converted grain silo has everything you need to feel right at home. The bedroom is upstairs. Delta is a gateway to the Western Slope of Colorado. Grand Mesa, Black Canyon National Monument and innumerable outdoor destinations are within a short distance. Please let me know if you are traveling with a dog when you reserve. There is a $30 PER dog fee. No Cats Please. If your stay is longer than 14 days there will be an additional deep cleaning fee.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, private bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There are two additional rooms. It is situated within two blocks of the Montrose County Fairgrounds, shops, coffee, pubs, City walking path, play area, and restaurants. Use this house as a home base for adventures to the Black Canyon National Park (12 minutes away), San Juans Mountains completing business, meetups, or family get togethers .

Bird House

The “bird house” is a 120 year old bird themed carriage house! It is an open space concept with 20ft ceilings in half and a master loft on the other. It shares a yard with what once was a Catholic Church and the church rectory(both are now private residences). The backyard is very private with a green house and patio perfect for morning coffee. The owner’s live in the main home with very friendly dogs that also use the yard(young bernadoodle and geriatric Sheppard). Enjoy!
