Relax, our home is comfy with a 70" Smart TV in the livingroom as well as a 40" TV in the King bedroom and ONLY 2 Miles to downtown* Total of 2 bedrooms 1 bath, living room, mini kitchen and front patio. The Yellow Cottage Farm and Guesthouse

This Cottage is truly a place to get away for a romantic weekend! Your year round destination, all seasons have something special to offer. Hiking, biking, and water sports in the spring, summer and fall. National Park, Black Canyon of the Gunnison is 6 miles away. For the winter traveler we have three ski resorts an hour away in each direction. And as always, sightseeing in the fresh mountain air can’t be beat! Our bedding is top notch as well as our towels!

Welcome to Beautiful Southwest Colorado. Come and relax on our small farm just 5 minutes south of Montrose. Our guest cottage was built in 2022 and offers a 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) with closet, 1 bath with walk-in shower, cozy living room with vaulted ceilings, 50” Smart TV, internet and free Wifi, small kitchenette with table and 2 chairs, heat and air conditioning, We will be adding a covered front porch summer/spring 2024.
