Walk to the Beach from Cozy Cottage

The house has a cozy fireplace, a peek-a-boo view of the ocean from the front yard and front porch, a fully equipped kitchen, DVD's, board games, and plenty of books. The Master Bedroom features a king sized bed. The second bedroom has two twins, which can be made into a king (for an added $75 charge). The living room is equipped with a queen sized sofa bed. The entire home is decorated in a beautiful blue and white beach theme, high-end finishes, and equipped with everything to make your stay perfect. As a guest in our home, you have access to all interior spaces, a full backyard, and an off street driveway. You also have access to a storage shed in the backyard that has beach toys, one cruiser style bike, beach chairs, a s'mores center and tools for cooking out. Additional bikes can be rented at the bike shop about a half mile up the road. Info on rental rates is included at the home for your convenience. If you desire, you can also access Newport's Fitness and Aquatic Center using complimentary passes provided to our guests. To access, simply let us know you'd be interested in your initial introductory message and upon reservation confirmation we will let you know how to access the passes stored in the house. Your stay at The Cozy Cottage includes our "Best Of Newport" guidebook with our personal recommendations for restaurants and activities in the local area. During your stay you can also text us with any urgent questions. Located in Nye Beach, which is referred to as "the Gem of the Oregon Coast.” Explore lively eateries, pubs, upscale gift and clothing shops, and the Newport Performing Arts Center. Take time to visit the Rogue Brewery and the Oregon Coast Aquarium. From our home you can walk to everything in Nye Beach, and are just a short drive from all that Newport has to offer. Newport is approximately a three hour drive from Portland, Oregon. Animals are not allowed in this home as it is designated as an animal-allergen free home due to allergies on behalf of the homeowner. Also absolutely No Smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including inside the house, in the yard or in the driveway.

Walk to Scenic Beaches from a Lovely, Family-Friendly Home

Cozy up by the fire on a leather sofa in a den with classic panel molding walls and a wood beam ceiling. Upstairs, find a spacious dream bedroom with high knotty-wood ceilings, comfy furnishings, and a quaint balcony in this family-friendly home. We want you to rest assured that we maintain a very clean and sanitized home at all times. We follow the City & State mandates very closely during these unusual times. There will be plenty of supplies in the house for you to use to disinfect any areas, if you feel the need to. We hope you just relax and enjoy your time here! The home is set in a quiet area with easy walking access to the scenic views at the beach. A short drive away are many great restaurants, cafes, and shops. To walk to the Beach access from the House, simply turn right when you come out of the house on Mast Ave toward 21st. Turn right again on 21st & walk to the end ( 3 streets down) towards the Ocean. There are a large number of steps that take you down to the beach so if that's difficult for anyone you may want to try one of many other accesses by car, that will bring you directly onto the Beach.

Located in the quaint Nelscott neighborhood the house is walking distances to shops, restaurants, the oregon coast's largest bookstore, and Theatre West. There are lots of things to do in Lincoln city: shop at the outlet mall, gamble at the casino, take a culinary class, go to the local museum, check out a hike, take a surf lesson, or just hang at the house and watch the wales, surfers and waves from one of our two decks. Bad weather? Just cozy up to the fireplace and watch the storm.

Surfer Girl - Like new & white water ocean views !

Our vacation home is very close to the beach, the mall, restaurants and theaters and is on the Ocean side of Hwy. 101. There are great views from any level and nearly every window. You’ll love it here because of the views, the location, the ambiance, the like-new condition and the decks. Surfer Girl is good for couples, 2 couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, or families (with kids). We think you will love Surfer Girl as much as we do.

Beach cottage, newly remodeled, nestled in a quiet neighborhood, a short walk to 11 st beach access, outlet mall and well known restaurants.
