Outstanding location near the entrance to the Peninsula with a view of the lovely canal. Easy access to Pacific Coast Highway and the 55 fwy, yet you are only 2 blocks from the ocean and a 7 minute walk to 32nd St. Beach. Lido Marina Village, a beautiful waterfront shopping/dining area called is a 5 minute walk away. Newport Pier, where you’ll find great surfing, beaches, shops & restaurants is a 15 minute walk away. This gorgeous downstairs unit is modern yet comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal for your family. This is such a great location on 37th Street as it is close enough to the pier to walk/ride bikes as well as nearby restaurants, grocery and shopping. A Short 2 blocks up from the ocean, Hotel type room with private bathroom and entrance. Very cute and clean. Refrig, micro, a/c, wifi...Located in a very upscale neighborhood, safe and quite. Very comfortable beds, newly remodeled. Has a connecting separate room (for a fee) with its own bathroom that would hold an additional 3 people. PLEASE ASK FOR MORE INFO AND COST IF NEEDED! No key required, a code will be given. The first block is up a hill, the second is flat.
