This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. This Two Bedroom plus Loft (please read additional information for loft) is situated 1 block from the world famous Tony Knowles Coastal Trail that hugs the coastline of the Cook Inlet with beautiful views of the water, Anchorage skyline with moose and other Alaska animals that live in the area. Grocery stores and restaurants are just a few minutes away.

The beautiful community of Hope is a two hour drive from Anchorage. Hope HUB offers summer and winter trails for hiking, biking and skiing. PILOTS: the runway is a 10 minute walk, tie down the saucer and ride our community beater bikes into town for food and music. The Hope HUB has great views of the surrounding mountains on both sides. Use our outdoor fire pit, stocked with wood. Meet Wally our resident walrus and enjoy a truly extraterrestrial experience.

Set up to be your home away from home and mountain retreat. 16 pair boot drier for ski/hiking gear, 86 inch theater TV in basement, gas fire pit on rear deck, second living area on main level. This is our personal getaway so we've outfitted it with everything we like to have to enjoy our home away from home at Alyeska.

All the comforts of home while visiting the city. Lots of extras in the kitchen and some breakfast items provided including bagels, waffles, eggs, and sometimes fruit. Backyard is fully fenced. Some games, toys, writing stuff & books. There are two bedrooms with three beds. The walk-in closet has 2 extra twin mattress you can set up on the floor. Home is located on a busy road.
